I spent ages reading reviews and debating what steak pan to buy. Chose this one and am really pleased with it so far. Good size. Sides are tall enough to keep a good steak sizzling without spitting too far. Produces lovely grill lines on the meat. Cleaned up very well. Handle is removable so you can get the dirty pan in the washing up bowl easily. A good product. Worth the money.

It seems to be good quality overall. I thought the handle may be cheap and lightweight but feels substantial. It is sturdy when on and easy to remove. Really helps with storage having the long handle off. A key factor for me was that it worked on my induction hob as advertised. I'd prefer it could go in the dishwasher but will follow the guidelines not to. Aesthetically I like the gold speckles. They look warm, a nice change from the usual speckle finishes used. Overall, so far, I'm happy.

So, the product is great. The handle pops off, leaves lovely riddle marks on the food when using high heat and searing the food. Also can vouch it works in the oven lovely as I regularly cook for shorter periods at 250 degrees Celsius. However, the part they don't mention in the advert is that you can't get the handle back on once the pan has been in the oven. The metal slightly expands making it impossible. You think you get it on and it pops off a second later. I thought I was going mad until I let it cool down and the handle slid on easily again. So that is the ONLY reason is gets a 4 star rating. Other than than, it is a great pan and cleans very easily.

It is coming up to four months since I bought this pan, and it looks like it is going to last a long time. I am naturally a tight wad and would not normally spend this much on a pan, but this reaffirms in me the belief that quality is worth paying for. I hardly use any oil with it, and it is a doddle to clean. Usually soak it for a while before cleaning.

Haven’t had the best experience in the past with pans and since purchasing an induction job I have found it so hard to find a good pan. Decided to read the reviews and customer ratings as I didn’t want to end up wasting money. Well so far I have nothing negative to say about this. Had this around 3 weeks and have used it pretty much everyday! Most of the time I use no oil at all and it wipes clean in water. Works great on induction and has cooked everything brilliantly so far. Highly recommended!

Bought this specifically to brown meat and drain off the fats and it does that perfect. The weight makes it just about right to handle with ease on cooker and the fact that you can take the handle off and place it straight into the oven is brilliant. It looks the part too with the copper fleck. Nothing to dislike about this but have to say I had to adjust the handle base plate which was misaligned slightly and therefore the handle wouldn't lock into position. Easily rectified as it's solid and well made. Would recommend.

Have used it a few times now for cooking bacon, sausages and Tuna Steaks. Good heat distribution over the base of the pan, even cooking of meat and did not have to have the flame on full. Easy to clean if you follow the instructions and being able to remove the handle for cleaning, storing and oven use is great. Would recommend this product.

Been using this a while now and it works well. Love the fact the handle can easily be removed and fitted for storage.

Habe eine Pfanne gesucht mit der ich jegliche Art von Fleisch fettarm anbraten kann. Diese Grillpfanne + verteilt die Hitze super + ist für alle Herdarten geeigenet + Griff ist abnehmbar, sollte auch im Ofen anwendbar sein (noch nicht ausprobiert) + man kann die Pfanne super reinigen ohne viel Schrubben + ich bin zu 100% zufrieden Vielen Dank für diese tolle Pfanne, klare Kaufempfehlung von mir vor allem für diesen Preis!

Ho acquistato la bistecchiera per un piano ad induzione e veramente pratica si pulisce a mano facilmente e si ripone bene grazie al magico estraibile.

Excellent grill de table, par exemple pour utiliser avec une plaque à induction. Pour le nettoyage, utiliser la technique "pro", qui consiste à mettre du sel en suffisance sur le grill directement après usage: il se mélange aux graisses résiduelles et, après frottement avec un papier ménage, permet un excellent nettoyage.

Excelente sartén grill. La he usado en varias ocasiones el poco tiempo que la tengo y debo decir que cocina a la plancha perfectamente . La carne y los pescados se quedan jugosos si previamente se ha calentado bien el grill y se cocina luego a fuego medio lento. El mango extraíble está muy bien. Fácil de limpiar y buen antiadherente. La recomiendo sin duda.

Die Pfanne ist ansonsten super,braten ohne zusatzfett. Alles wird super angebraten. Muste nur nach mehrmaligen Gebrauch feststellen das sie sich verfort .die ausseseite um die innenring biegt sich nach unten,dadurch Rollen die Würstchen an die Seite. Für Steaks und andere flachen Teile kein Problem. Benutze dennoch andauernd.
