Boldly Growing Cedar Raised Garden Planter Box Kit Outdoor Elevated Bed Patio Vegetable/Flower/Herb Gardening, Natural Rot-Resistant Wood

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for a baby tortoise habitat. Extremely sturdy, easy to build, and looks beautiful. I do a lot of planting in the summertime and would definitely use this outdoors for a small plant bed as well.

It was easy to put together and works well for what I need it for.

I bought this bed because I overfilled my other garden bed and needed someplace to plant my zucchini and yellow squash plants that were growing widely. This small garden bed was easy to assemble and the perfect size to give my plants some space. The price was significantly lower than other sellers, which made me hesitate, but the quality was impressive. I’ll definitely buy another bed from this company in the future, if needed.

Its attractive on the patio, but most of all, my garden plants are thriving like never before. Less watering than pots too!, I loaded the container with Costal Maine raised garden potting soil mixed with sphagnum peatmoss that holds moisture for 3-4 days without watering- even in blazing Sun, 90 degree days! Less care and greater yield! A win-win!

Could use a lid. It’s ok for us, since I put it in the greenhouse. But, we have deer, raccoons, squirrels and crows who love all of the seedlings, too! Lol. Anyway, thank you for pre drilling the holes. I went into panic mode when I noticed there were 12 screws that needed to be installed. The pre-drilled hole were very helpful. This does take one HUGE bag of soil…..like the size you buy at Costco. Just in case you are wondering….Thanks for the Cedar planter at a fair price. <3

Good quality wood. I purchased 4 of these planter boxes and only one hole not drilled in right spot, didn’t line up had to drill out, otherwise fairly easy to assemble. I’m going to buy a couple more. I like the size of these boxes and the height is perfect, not having to bend down, better weed control and the bunny rabbits can’t get to my veggies.

I read the description and thought I was buying a product that is US Made by the family in the pictures. . Big sticker on the wood says made in China. Looking at the description again- I see it says Designed in US. Bummer….Just put it together today and stained to match our deck. Construction seems OK, but I have a feeling the staples keeping the tongue and groove boards wont last more than a season or two in the Midwest. A couple of the leg boards have a slihgt split at the corner. Hopefully that doesn’t get worse. Also - the top surround doesn’t sit flush , but that’s probably ok… more airflow ;)

Very surprised at the quality of this item, was super easy to put together. I purchased this to grow tomatoes unfortunately into too good at it but I will grow something else in the box truely is nice and sturdy the only thing I plan to do is add handles to it being a container I might want to move it and once you add dirt it's really heavy. But over all I give a 5 star rating out of 5 stars
