GrisportCrusader Sympatex Lined Waterproof and Breathable Italian Hiking Boot with Rugged Vibram Sole

Having bought a 6, my normal size, I had to swap to a 7.I love these boots.I was suffering from pain from my Achilles tendon and the podiatrist recommend firm and high ankle support. These boots for the bill and I did feel an improvement within days.I live and work on rough ground on a hill so a stable footing is something that has to be worked at. These boots are up to the task.They are comfortable, fully waterproof and tough enough to show no signs of abuse after days of digging. The tread is substantial and the body of the boot firm and supportive but at the same time your foot can bend and flex.I'd recommend as a walking boot and work boot. My foot still hurts but things have improved. Could be the exercises, could be the boots but I'm sure my old boots weren't helping.Small gripe. The laces are a nuisance, they stretch and wiggle undone like no laces I've had before. I'm too mean to throw them out but won't be too unhappy when they break as all boot laces do eventually.8 months later and I still love these boots. Although I've warn them all day, every day since buying them, there is no sign of them dying. I've used dubbin twice but other than that all I've done is scraped the mud off them before entering the house.I live on a smallholding and wear the boots for digging, fencing, trudging across muddy fields gathering sheep etc etc. They have a hard life!They have cured my plantar fascia and Achilles tendonitis and I couldn't be happier. Even the laces haven't died yet and now they are a tiny bit frayed, they don't unfortunately themselves anymore.

Really like these boots. The toes did seem to discolour with the wet so I treated them with wax protector and now they’re fine. I am a size 7 and with thin socks they fit perfectly. I would go for a larger size if you are hiking in the cold and wanted thicker socks.

Bought these hill boots because I was so delighted with the fit of the outdoor 'Dartmoor ' shoe done by this firm. First impressions are good but I am still to put them to the test out on the hill gathering sheep.

Excellent quality boots, good fit and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend these boots.
