I work out on my Peloton and play a lot of pickleball each week. I thought that being sore all the time was the way of life once you hit your 40s. Not so! This supplement is amazing. Ever since I started taking it, my post workout soreness has been eliminated for standard workouts and greatly reduced for intense workouts. This is probably one of the best new discoveries for myself this year. I have now tried two other brands and Nutricost is superior in terms of impact. With the other two brands, I woke up sore daily. Not as bad as no HMB but nothing compared to Nutricost. I will say that in my case I had to take it properly and follow guidance from medical research and not the side of the bottle. This means I take 3g per day on tough workout days and I aim for 90-120 mins prior to working out. When I took 2 tablets (1g) or took it 30mins before working out then I saw very little impact. In my case proper dosage made the difference. This will be a permanent part of my stack. I love hiking, playing pickleball and doing hard things and now I don’t have to live with daily workout soreness.

I take two of these daily as I have for the past several months. I’ve noticed a steady increase in my performance in the gym. I can’t say that this attributes directly to muscle gain. I have, however, noticed a change in my physical appearance, which may or may not be related. The size is not terrible and it is easy to swallow. Please go back to the previous recipe. Half of the time I open the capsules to get it directly into my system so I definitely taste the difference in potency of the actual HMB. The previous recipe had a high amount of HMB whereas this one tastes and even looks like mostly rice flour which kind of upset me. There's definitely a decrease in potency with this recipe versus the last. And I also noticed a difference in my body with the new recipe as well. It's mostly fillers and I do not like that. Less effective. The last recipe was a solid recipe which is the one on the left in the image. This new one seems like the typical shortcut that companies try to take down the road and end up destroying what made the customers want to stay in the first place.

I will know in 30 or 60 days if it works I just got it happy with purchase so far

This is not what i thought it was i made a mistake and would like to change it ! I din't understand how is it possible that i cannot return it! ?! It is expensive and i really don't need it i would like to exchange it with what i need of this is possible ! I am very disappointed
