Great chair
Love this chair. Has all the bells and whistles at a low price. It has 6 heated viberators, raises and lowers, swivels, has a comfortable seat and neck rest and rolls. Plus has it has a remote control control! Money well spent for my sewing room, oh it’s pretty too! Gives me back and leg support!! And I’ll get my sewing projects done fast, or go sit and read to relax with heat and soothing vibrations. Grab one while they are on sale.

Great chair, watch for sizing. Best for avg size woman or smallish man
I've only used it one day, and it is very comfortable and the perfect size for me. I am 5'6" and about 170 lbs. There's about an inch between the edge of the seat and back of my knees. Which is good otherwise it would cut off circulation in lower legs. The headrest sits at the back of my neck/head as it should. The massaging is very nice, however not a big difference with high vs low. But still nice to have available. It has a good variation of modes, and I do love that it hits the back/butt/thighs. Especially nice for my low back. I also like that it runs on electric, not battery, including the remote controls. Very nice feel to the faux leather, and there is a pocket that holds the remote controller for the massager. For me, it's a great combo of firm + soft. I have scoliosis, so too soft is bad for me. Probably too small for a bigger person. I would follow the weight guidelines indicated for this chair. The only bad parts (which was very frustrating) was:1. The directions were picture only, and a couple of them (important ones) were difficult, and I just couldn't get it. (I am pretty good at putting things together and figuring it out easily). I finally YouTubed it and that helped. So I do recommend this chair, but YouTube the directions first and that will help.2. The damn wheels. There were no directions for the wheels, and yes, it was super easy to figure out. But popping them in wasn't going to work and it had me second guessing the application of the wheels. It took brut strength and a hammer to pop them in, and then you risk damaging the plastic legs.....which I did on one. But it's fine, just a blemish I'll never see unless I am really looking. But buyer be warned, be careful. The wheels were the most difficult part of the assembly. Otherwise assembly was easy.

A good chair - no complaints
I was searching specifically for a massage chair, and the price attracted me to this one ($149 at the time). Let's put all our cards on the table though, this is not a shiatsu massage - it is a vibrating massage. And trust me, you can feel the difference. But, having said that, the price for the superior shiatsu massage chairs is prohibitive for me, so this is definitely second best. You can feel the vibrating in your upper thighs, lower back, and upper back between your shoulders. It feels just like if someone were to hold one of those vibrating wands to your back, but not move it around. It's not going to satisfy you as well as a moving massage, but it is better than nothing. I game for hours and this chair prevents my back from hurting. The chair was easy to assemble, included clear instructions, and everything worked out of the box. The remote has a simple monochrome liquid crystal display and does not feel cheap. It is responsive, even when the batteries are low. There is no battery strength indicator, but the display will turn from bold black to light black due to lack of battery strength.I like that the arms are padded, this prevents my elbows from getting sore while I use the keyboard. The chair isn't significantly plush, but it is comfortable nonetheless. Been using it daily for almost 2 months and has not broken or given me any problems. Only had to change the remote control batteries once, presumably because the included starter batteries are of low quality. A couple Duracell's in there should last awhile.I recommend this chair to someone that wants a massager, but can't afford a shiatsu.

Material unravels
great condition when arrived. I havent had the chair a month and it is now unraveling where it is stiched together. Im so disappointed because of what i spent on the chair. The vibration and heat works great and i love the pink. I just highly disappointed...

The recliner doesn’t work
The part that helps with the reclining does not work so the functionality of this chair is not good.

Office chair.
This was for my daughter who was having back pain sitting so long working at her desk. The chair performed better than expected. No more back aches and it's a pretty chair.

NOISY - Even while off
When I first got this i was pretty happy except for the massage features which are subpar. It only vibrates and included lots of noise while turned on including rattling metal. 1 year later the leather is all torn up on the seat and arms. Im not a heavy person to do this level of damage. Also with every shift of my weight this makes loud creaks and groans. I'm already looking to replace it with something new.

Comfortable and Stylish
This chair was such a big improvement over a gaming chair I paid the same price for. The padding seems thick and the parts seem to be a little more heavy-duty. The heat and vibration are just extras but both work great also. Love this chair.
