Q: Is this an actual preserve (which means chunks of fruit) or is it jelly (no chunks)?

Hi Gert - This is the best preserve (not jelly) that I have ever tasted!!! BTW, jelly is made with strained fruit juice and there are no pieces of fruit in the jelly. On the other hand, preserves are made with real whole fruit. My favorite Bonne Maman products -- Blackberry, Apricot, and Strawberry and they are Gluten Free ... Bon Appetit :-)

Q: I'm looking for blackberry perserves with seeds. does the boone mama blackberry preserves have seeds? it doesn't say one way or the other.

I have the Bonne Maman preserves every morning and it is the best preserves I have ever found. It definitely has a lot of texture and I assume part of that is from seeds but since blackberry seeds are so small, it is difficult to be sure whether the texture is from seeds or just the fruit itself. I would say that I am 99 percent sure there are seeds but I cannot absolutely guarantee it. The label does not say it has seeds but I would assume that if it didn’t, the label would note that it was seedless.
