If you have flying rats, chippies or other...
If you have flying rats, chippies or other unwanted 4 leg creatures, you need this product! the mint odor is strong and it seems to hold the odor for sometime. Squirrels, chipmunks, deer, mice, rats, goffers most any animal that depends on smell to find its food it will deter them from finding it in and around your home. Concentrated formula, so you will need to dilute with water. Place into a durable spray container and spay in a fine mist not to saturate to surface with product. (could stain drywall/painted surfaces) Take it from a Handyman this product works!

poor packaging.
I just applied the solution today, so I dont know if it works or not. One comment on the packaging. The bottle it comesa in should be sealed with a foil seal under the cap to make sure none seeps out. The bottle I received had leaked around the cap. not a real serious problem ,but could have been. I hope the product works. Is there a money back guarentee ? David C. Fincastle Va.

Camper Protection
I have been using this for many years now to protect my Pop Up from rodents during storage. Haven't had a mouse yet. Maybe it's been luck or maybe it's been Rodent Mace, but I'm not going to rely on luck alone. Easy to mix, use, and has a pleasant "clean" smell to it. I haven't seen any damage or problematic residue left behind on any surface that I've use it. I'll keep using it and recommending it to all my camper friends.

concentrated formula. easy to use
It is very easy to use and being concentrated it's economical, but unfortunately, peppermint oil scent neither repels them nor does it deter them from finding dry food products in the cabinets or pantry. They get used to the scen quickly, even with daily application, and forage in your kitchen anyway. The only truly effective remedy for household rodent problems is a professional pest control program. Short of that, glue traps where they are known to travel.

Very smelly
It’s very smelly I live in a m/h and had a mouse die underneath, so I purchased this product and did just like the directions said, have not seen a mouse or a rat or hear one no where, the product also said it would keep squirrels away, well that is not working for those critters they still come up to the house and climb on the house and porches, that was another reason for buying the product, not to satisfy with that. Very Effective In Deterring Mice and Rats
Very good at deterring mice and rats. Scent is not bad, but mice and rats don’t seem to like it. Though, you do need to use this every 4 to 6 weeks.!

Eliminate mice
Just did my second spraying . No mice so far. Waiting for the next few weeks to see how it goes.

Brought the repellent to spray the combine.
I brought the mace mouse repellent because a rat got into our combine and caused the wires to short out which cause the computer to send to much fuel to the motor. we had put new motor in the combine. The service manager at John Deere told me he used this to spray on his combine, tractor and planter when he got done with them and put them in the shed. we havn't finish taking out the crop yet but when we get done we will spray the combine down good. as of now i can't rate the repellent but service manager thinks it works good.
