Q: Where is this manufactured?

I am throwing this in the trash. The first time I used it the plastic "needles"/brushes flattened down and will not come back up. That makes it useless. It's a shame because the premise is good--something to scrub a foot you can't reach.

Q: Are these slippers a one size fut all, i wear a size 13 shoes ?

these are NOT slippers. This is not very well engineered. It DOES NOT stick to the floor very well and the bristles are too long to do anything.
