Great costume hat for clown. It’s soft yet still stands up. Bright colors. Returned/exchanged because it had black spots on the top of the hat.

Very thin and flimsy material
Not what I expected but worked out well. Material is very thin and the hat is not sturdy. The top would collapse or fall over.
