Great pens to write on photographic paper
These pens were recommended specifically to me by the artist who made our ketubah (marriage contract), which was printed on photograph paper, so that it could be signed in a permanent fashion and wouldn't fade over time. The pens were comfortable to hold, and the ink flowed nicely when using the pen to sign on the photograph paper. So far, everything has remained clear and hasn't faded or smudged at all.

This pen works well for genealogy purposes. It provides well defined writing without leaks.

A Favorite!
Found this beautiful little pen when I was in Macau at a midsized Japanese arts and crafts store and fell in love. It is by far one of my favorite pens to journal with. Would recommend anyone to try if they are particular about the quality of their pens and lovers of fine details.

Sakura pen fills the need
I needed a pen that did not bleed through the paper and did not skip. This pen is an excellent addition to my drawing hobby equipment.

Writes well but broke within a week
Writes very well, but when writing with it the pen's tip was pushed back inside the pen, and made it so the pen was unable to write.

One Star
A disappointment. The pen was dry and inconsistent.

Great Pens
Love these pens, I've just bough some more of different thicknesses. They are a really deep and rich black, very smooth flowing. My one complaint would be that the tip seems to wear down quite quickly (to a sort of chisel point). I don't feel I have used it excessively or pressed too hard, but maybe I have.

Qualidade Japonesa

The Good and the Bad
Great archival, no bleed, smooth flow pen. Packaged poorly with zero protection. Priced well, and arrived quickly.

Great pen, bought specifically for detailed drawings
Great pen, bought specifically for detailed drawings. I was trying to draw every day and thought a pen like this would be far better than a pencil to encourage accuracy and a different style of drawing, a bit looser and more comic-like. Really nice ink flow and just the right thickness for what I needed.

My New Fineliner Of Choice
Great multi purpose fineliner. It is now my main handwriting pen in my bullet journal with no ghosting whatsoever. I also use this for drawing and art, great smooth line and is waterproof almost instantly, really effective for watercolour ink and wash technique too. Have reordered several times and would definitely buy other sizes in this brand.
