Aetna Foot Products-Adhesive Felt Roll, 1/8" x 2-1/2 yd. x 6" – for Splints and Bracing – Orthopedic Wound Cushioning, 1 Roll

I just learned how to use this product yesterday so I think it will work well after I get used to cutting it to use in my Vive shoe. I have found, however, that the backing does not peel off easily.

I have purchased both 1/8 inch thickness and 1/4 inch from the same company. The former was easy to cut, and very importantly, easy to peel off the paper and expose the adhesive. Works well. The 1/4 inch thickness adhesive- backed felt was maddening! Peeling off the paper was a tedious, time-consuming, and often unsuccessful project despite the careful use of tweezers, a sharp edge, etc., as the paper seemed glued to the felt. That is, pulling the paper off tended to pull the adhesive off with it, leaving a 1/4 inch felt pad with no adhesive at all, at least with the roll I purchased.

The material seems OK, BUT, the adhesive is unusable because you can't separate the paper from the roll to stick it on a surface. It appears that the roll is very old and no longer allows serparating the backing paper from the roll.DO NOT BUY!

The product is just ok. Leaves a residue when removed which is annoying to say the least.

Product is very thick but wow hard to peel off. Actually, I couldn't peel the thing off. Bad product.

Really disappointed. Said it was thick, but was so thin it felt like thin cardboard. Very hard.
