I am a 44 year old who latley am always tired, after taking this vitamin D3 I felt so much better. I am more awake and alert and want to do more things. I have not had any effects, but even if I did so what. The pros outweigh the cons.With my Vitamin D deficiency, I was feeling extremely moody. I got much better taking 5,000 units a day. Then I ran out and didn't refill. I noticed a difference in my moods straight away. Once I got back on this Vitamin D I got much better in a couple of days. I plan never to run out again! This has been a God send for me. I never heard if this brand, but my doctor recommended it. ( Maybe they are all the same anyway! ).These vitamins are tiny, so they are easy to swallow.
