I purchased this only bc I was on a budget I knew it was a bad product but it got me through an emergency. I wouldn’t recommend buying unless ur in a tight and on a budget.

It is hard lol it does not get on the brush well and it is difficult to apply to skin

There is literally a tiny wheel that you roll over your eyelid. I didn’t read the description just assumed it was a brush. Needless to say it did not work. The liquid is sticky too.

The eyeliner is easy to use once you apply some heat to it. I used a hair dryer to soften the product instead of a lighter~ It’s a great product for the price I paid.

Awful! Arrived completely dried out. I tried to revitalize using saline solution, to no avail. The return policy will not allow a return… otherwise I would’ve been returned it. Don’t buy!

EyeLinerGel that's no gel. The jar content will not brush on. I think maybe it has to be heated in order to apply. I love Cover Girl Products. Sad to say I will not be reordering.

It arrived as promised. Dried and unsuable. Have to throw it in the garbage. Package was slightly open and must have been old. Would put no color on the brush no matter what.

Product is so dry and the brush doesn’t pick up any pigment. It cant even be used at all. Waste of money and ineligible for return.

Unusable. Product was hard and was not able to collect it with eyeliner brush or spread it to get a good liner effect. Binned it.

So disappointed! It was extremely dry, really couldn’t do anything with it. Was happy with how quickly it was delivered.. but besides that it was a complete waste of money.

I know pen eyeliner. This one is like putting on eyeliner with a toothpick. Very poor quality.
