Looking for a yellow base concealer to use as a highlighter under my eye area. Is this a yellow base & does it wear brighter than it looks in the pic?

It’s a possibility. It is oil based. Nice concealer but you will shine like the sun. They should make this in powder

Im dark skin which color should i use if im im contoring my face?

None of the colors are dark enough to contour with if you're dark skinned. Carob is the darkest shade though.
