Let me start off by saying that never in my life have I gotten jazzed about light bulbs. They have always been as exciting as batteries. But these Edison bulbs? Wow. I put these beautiful bulbs in my 4 pendant lights in the kitchen and now I turn them on every night on dim just because I love the look of them. The tiny filaments show all throughout the bulb and it hangs a bit below the pendant globes so they are very noticeable. They emit a nice glow which adds a soft ambience. When I went to Home Depot, I was surprised to see that just one bulb was $15.00!These bulbs arrived in perfect condition and now I think I will buy some for my daughter's kitchen. I definitely recommend these bulbs for adding a bit of elegance to your home for a very low price, when, considering what ordinary bulbs sell for in stores, this is a bargain! The picture I am attaching does not do the bulbs justice, because the light looks like one big glow, when in reality, you see the individual filaments. Love, love, love them!

I was so very much against this light bulb when I first saw it on Amazon. I wanted a more "natural" daylight look in the bedroom where this light was going to go. After purchasing another bulb, I went to this one since it had a dimmable option. I couldn't have been more impressed and pleased with this when we got it. Not only is the color absolutely comfortable (it give a warm amber glow and is more dim than I expected) but the bulb itself is absolutely stunning when lit. It is very vintage looking and we LOVE it with the vintage sconces we purchased. I would definitely recommend giving this one a try!

Have had this bulb for 3 years on my front porch. It's probably on an average of 12 hours a day. Perfect warm color and brightness. It's exceeded my expectations for longevity too.Update: Almost 5 years and still going. It's on more often than not. Far exceeded by expectations.8 years later this bulb is still kicking. It's been on about 12 hours a day since I bought it. Possibly the greatest bulb ever made.

I've had this bulb for almost a month and I love it. It's quite bright but it has a nice old-time yellowed glow that makes it more warm and cozy than a regular white bulb. I have it hanging above my bed without a lampshade and the brightness is just fine for me. Looks good, works well (so far) and provides a nice warm lighting.

This is a beautiful bulb and exactly the 'look' I was going for. However, I should have read the reviews more carefully. The glass is amber so the "soft white" light is really "soft yellow". I'm still trying to decide if I will keep it or try to find something similar that gives a brighter light.

Ok, I must say this bulb is a home run. It has a warm glow. (not white light) such a relaxing touch. The price is amazing! I made a hanging fixture out of a decorative bird cage to be used on my sun porch. This bulb just made the project work. Love the bulb, love the price!

These were a huge dissapppointment. The bulbs themselves are beautiful, HOWEVER, THEY ARE NOT LED bulbs, as advertised on the Amazon site. I never would have paid this much money for NON-LED bulbs. I didn't realize this until my I had 16 of them unwrapped and installed in the chandelieres!

These bulbs are great for the prize. They operate correctly, are totally dimmable and look beautiful when lit. My only issue with them is the the glass enclosure itself is not perfectly clear. I ordered 12 bulbs for a chandelier and all have a slightly different yellow/brown tint on it. It seems that the filament and materials inside must emit something the first couple of times they're lit so the bulb dirties itself on the inside. they were all already tinted when i received them (i'm sure from the fact that the must have been tested at the factory) but again it doesn't seem to be the original glass but an after-the-fact dirtying or tinting from the burning of the filament.The upshot is that they look beautiful when lit but when they're off, they don't look that great because they're all burned/tinted/dirty at different rates. See attached picture and how some bulbs are clearer than others (Photo taken 48 hours from installation onto chandelier but they were already yellowing when received).***update. One of the bulbs arrived broken and I tried to return. With the new "UPS will bring the label" so I had nothing to what happened is that UPS never accepted my box even though we offered it every day ("sorry I don't have a label for that") so I was not able to return the broken bulb!
