Hdmi 1.4 Switch 4K Splitter, mrocioa 2 Ports HDMI Bi-Directional Switcher

I have a PS4 plugged into my 4K TV, but I wanted to be able to switch to my 1440p PC Monitor when my wife wants to watch the TV. After lots of searching I finally decided to give this product a spin, and it works perfectly. I get full 4K with Dolby 5.1 when connected to the TV, and with the press of a button, picture and sound is sent over to my Monitor.Product seems to be high quality. It's got an aluminum body, gold HDMI contacts, the A/B light up blue to indicate which channel you're on, and the whole thing is sturdy. No HDMI cables were included in the package. You will need to provide your own.

The splitter is working as expected. It is convenient to use with older receiver where you do not have enough HDMI inputs.So far, I do not run into any issues.

This HDMI A/B switch works perfectly and looks exceptional. No hardware buttons or switches it's all capacitance type touch switches. Very nice all around product. I will definitely be buying at least one more of these for my other studio. I hope they keep making these as it's rare that I find something that looks as good or better than it works.

I replaced another brand of bi-directional switch with this model and I have been pleasantly pleased!. It basically works right out of the package with no added power needed to connect! I am using it as a switch between my home laptop and my work one to do technical work from home. It routs my video to a single 24" HD monitor. the switch routes the default connection (A) to the monitor automatically, the center (S) button routes the external source attached on the (B) side to the monitor. I would recommend it

I ordered this to split hdmi output from a Brennan B2 CD Storage unit. Despite several different hdmi cables andconfigurations, I just could not get this device to work. If I used any of the the other cables direct to the B2, they worked,When I attempted to use the splitter, nothing. I am pretty sure I understood the directions, and the video from the websitestates that it can process one in, and two out, but I could not make this happen.

Wish bought one of these years ago... I would've saved me the pain and anguish of reaching behind my monitor, yanking out an hdmi cable, and then blindly trying to shove it into another port that on the first try is ALWAYS backwards. Works great and the touch interface is actually really nice. Also I bought this to kind of future proof my setup for the inevitable switch to 4k and all that jazz.

To start, I admit I have a bit of a convoluted setup between my TV, blu-ray player, and sound bar, due to a compatibility issue. My intent with this device was to run audio-out (through ARC) from my TV and audio-out from my blu-ray player (which can separate audio from video over two HDMI) into the switch, and then have one cable running to the ARC input on the sound bar. The ARC input will accept audio-only from both the TV and my blu-ray player. All settings and setup being correct, audio-only signals will not pass through the device from either the TV or the blu-ray player. I've tested this with one device hooked up at a time, in different directions, on different ports. It won't do it. I assume the lack of an accompanying video signal is why it won't pass through the audio.Despite this failure I am giving this device three stars, as I was able to make use of it elsewhere with a more normal setup.
