Cannot charge after a few months - want to email for correction; RESOLVED
UPDATE: It appears that the RC car allowed the battery to discharge below threshold that the Traxxas charger felt was safe to charge...re-conditioned the battery with another charger enough such that the Traxxas will charge it now - "pilot error" here!Battery is good to go and has performed well.Have been using the battery in an RC car for a couple of months...most recently the battery will not charge correctly using my Traxxas charger, on which it has previously charged just fine...tried another charger with same result - get a "low voltage or defective battery" error code...Hoovo says they have a 12-month warranty, but I cannot find a way to email them to see if they will replace it...does anyone have an email address for them?

Won't last
So I got this 10 months ago and cell 2 is already having issues. It always seems to be .2v less then the other 2 cells . Takes forever to balance and then dies in like 5 minutes with just light throttle. Low voltage turne truck off cause cell 2 hits 3.8 and when checking voltage after 1 and 3 ar both sitting at 4v. Pretty disappointing especially since it's m6 9nly battery at the momen

Does what it says what else is there to say
This battery is really great I used it in my slash 4x4 brushless don’t use it in brushed and this battery worked great. Got the full 60 mph potential out of my car worth every penny. Now I will be seeking my car which is sad but I will be using the money for the traxxas Xmaxx. I will be buying the 4s batteries from this brand as well as the dual 4s traxxas charger. I forgot to mention that I used this battery with the ez peak plus charger from traxxas and it worked just fine a bit weird to figure out to use with that charger but just watch a YouTube tutorial for it and it’ll tell you how to charge it with the traxxas charger. Have a good day everyone!

VERY CHEAP AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
These batteries are a great and cheap options only problem I had was one of the batteries went under 3.0 volts in only 2 uses but I contacted HOOVO through email and it took them about a day and a half to reply back I told them about my battery issue and they sent me a new one no questions asked and it was supposed to come like in a week but it only took 3 days for it to get shipped to my place so it was a great experience and another thing about these batteries is they don’t really come the same, some are longer or shorter than the others or even wider or some may have really long balance leads or extremely short ones it’s not very consistent how the batteries come but otherwise they are very good batteries no heating issues maybe not so much 5200 mah but still it’s a good bang for the buck or however the saying goes, the cells balance out really well but when they discharge they don’t discharge at a consistent rate but really nothing to worry about again these are like $30 batteries what else could you expect I’m really surprised, in my opinion a better option than traxxas batteries.

Works perfect with Traxxas
No need to buy Traxxas brand batteries that are at least double the price.

Gotta say I'm impressed
So these are literally half the cost of traxxas 5ah 3s packs. I discharged them on my erevo down to the 1st stage low voltage shutoff (10.66v) and noticed two things. These things have more punch than the traxxas 5ah 3s packs and the capacity of 5.2ah seems to be correct. When charging it from 10.6v to 12v it has taken 3500 mah according to my charger. I'll have to see where it ends up at 12.6v, but the pack wasn't fully depleted. So that is impressive and I will need to drive it to the hard lipo cutoff and then charge it fully to see what the actual capacity is. But I was worried considering it's a smaller pack with a larger rating than my traxxas unit....edit: from 10.66v to 12.6 is took 4300mah, so the rated capacity seems on point
