Unlike other reviews for this product, I’ve had no issues to report. While instructions weren’t the best, if you refer back to Amazon and search the product, it provides a set of clear setup instructions. I love this keyboard and the light with varying brightness and colors allows me to use it at anytime during the day/night. I typically charge it at the same time I charge my iPad Pro 12.9 and have not had any issues with battery life or connectivity. Would definitely recommend!!!

The typing process is great. My concern is when the keyboard is connected, the sensitivity of the screen diminishes. In other words, the ability to "swipe up" the screen with your finger(s) is greatly decreased.

Case does not allow for your iPad to have a screen protector. Cracked the protector. Case does not allow for volume buttons to work. Does not include keyboard charger.

Cannot use this keyboard case. Unable to connect the keyboard. Instructions are not clear and very difficult tofully understand. Missing some steps or set up instructions. Some of sentences in the provided booklet do notmake sense!

Great product for the price. Keyboard charge lasts a while and easy to use.
