Easy to start growing in a container outside.
I wanted to grow a flowering plant that deer won’t eat and will grow in sun and shade. When I received the plants in mail, I was dubious, but they grow like crazy. And you can easily cut back and plant the cuttings in wet soil. I started in pots on deck and then transplanted to outside bed.

Not worth it... :(
Very disappointed with what I got. No instruction at all, although it says “Of course, instructions are included.” Mines were about 1 - 2 inches long, and you can barely see the roots. Arrived wrapped in plastic and newspaper . As soon as I held in, it split in ny hand. Highly doubt this will grow. Guess was better of buying real plant instead of those sick looking sticks, which were no cheap!!!! :(

Invasive in USA
Don't do it. Plant this in your southern garden and you will never get rid of it. Please do your research. Commelina benghalensis L. Aka tropical spiderwort. Highly invasive. And degrades surrounding plants. Especially problematic for row crops. It sends roots underground and spreads like mint only worse. It actually blooms below ground. Doesn't even need light. Sorry!
