Works well for data, but not phone.
I purchased this to use during a trip to Great Britain. I used an unlocked Google Pixel and followed the instructions carefully to preactivate the card well in advance and wait until arriving before inserting the Sim.The card worked for data immediately, but I was never able to get the phone service to work. When I tried to dial a local number, a recording said that I did not have any credits in my goody bag.Since data was my primary need, it wasn't a big deal. However, the description should not describe phone and text services that are not available.Despite the lack of phone service, I would recommend this for travelers to the UK needing data.

I did not use this card yet, but had problem to activate card. Make sure when you activate, choses DESTINATIN region of the card, not a region where you currently are. Will report how card works after returning home.

worked as expected in Spain and S.France
Activated once landed in Barcelona. Worked great when on 4G, both on its own and as hotspot. We had no problem getting online in Spain and France.

Didn't work
This product did not end up working. I set it up online in advance, waited until I arrived in Europe to put it in, and followed all directions. It did not work. The package they sent the product in did not include any tech support information.

worked perfectly but not quite unlimited
was a great relief when this sim card worked immediately in my phone while traveling abroad, Zurich, Munich, Brussels and Paris all had very fast connectivity. instructions that the retailer provided were simple and easy to follow. Primarily used this to navigate metros and city streets on a 10 day vacation in Europe, email and occasional Instagram posting. was concerned when on my way home in the airport i was notified that my data allotment was depleted, as the card was advertised as unlimited for 12 days. I didn't have much more time to test the sim card after the notification, but im glad i didn't stream any videos with data and then find out half way through the trip that i could no longer email or use google maps to navigate the metro systems. so BEWARE: sim card is not really unlimited, data heavy apps will drain this card. but as long as you are diligent about switching to wifi for streaming of uploads/downloads this card will do the trick.
