Made for inductionInduction required a much narrower than “ normal” base. The old 14 inch skillet or chicken picnic roasting pan will not work on induction. Every induction range will tell you what width the burner covers. Read it carefully and take it to heart!There is a reason why duxtop and nuwave (who both make great induction hobs) have made their own cookware. Induction cookware is not just about magnetic bottoms- it’s about width and strong non warping quality bases.My prior stainless steel, in its third decade of daily use, could not travel to induction use. Not magnetic. Also it was showing signs of morphing into gardening pots and scoops. Great for seed starting with vented glass lids- but no longer good for cooking with pox and gauges and warpy abuse from massive btu gas burners.I am a long time fan of Secura brands the parent company of duxtop. This set of pots is phenomenal. The price is undeniably a great value.Thanks to whomever returned this perfect set so i could buy it used and save even more money!!!

We recently switched to induction and I looked at a lot of pots and pans, but I'm so glad I chose these over some others I considered. I ultimately chose these because of the brand, Duxtop, which makes induction hobs. I figured they would be made specifically for induction cooktops and not just "induction-ready". These have flat bottoms, not curved, so they make more contact with the cooktop surface. The bottoms are also heavy, so the heat distribution is really good.

These pots look and feel so high quality. They are the perfect sizes for everyday use. They work perfectly on our induction cook top. Highly recommend!

I love these pots!! I loved the look and was hoping the product held help up and so far, it has. They;re sturdy,cooks evenly and easy clean up. I would definitely recommend and would buy again!! My dishwasher is broken, so I haven't had a chance to see how it would clean in there,but otherwise, they meet my expectations.

These are great pans! They distribute heat evenly, have good weight, and are such a great value. I read reviews before I bought and some people were complaining of “discoloration”. This does indeed happen to stainless steel, but is quickly remedied by a quick scrub with Bar Keepers Friend! They also aren’t “stickless”, a lesson my husband learned the hard way. Take your time cooking, learn how to care for them, and these are great pans for the price!

We’ve been VERY happy with this set. We cook large meals (7+ people daily) and they hold up to the constant use and abuse great. The lids seal well. The weighted bottoms create very nice heat distribution. The pasta colander / steamer unit is very nice when cooking multiple boxes of pasta at a time. The sauce pans hold even “keep warm” temps perfect for sauces, as well as high temps for browning. WELL worth the money! Looking to add pieces from the same collection already.

So very pleased with my choice with these pans.

Las compré en noviembre ya tengo unos meses usandolas y todo bien.Solo que sí se me mancharon un poco nada exagerado pero sí se llegan a manchar, de lo demás todo bien me gustaron mucho porque son muy resistentes,pesaditas hay que usar la temperatura adecuada para que no lleguen a quemar el arroz.

I was quite surprised at the quality of these pots, I wasn't sure what I would receive since this isn't a brand I recognize and the price was lower than most other sets I looked at. These pots have a really nice weight to them, they definitely do not feel cheap! They are easy to clean, I overcooked rice and it stuck to the bottom but came off without much effort. I'm very happy with this purchase, I've been using them for about a month and would choose them again. I'm comparing these to pots I had from a well known, good quality brand. I would recommend these in a heart beat.A huge bonus aside from the quality is the customer service from the seller. Thankfully I haven't had to contact them for service but the seller has checked in with me a couple of times to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

These work great on my induction cooktop. They look great and feel solid. They do have a faint hum at beginning of heating cycle. Only fault I found is the lip of the pots isn't rounded over so it feels sharp and could cause cuts if not careful cleaning.
