Item arrived quickly. Out of the box it looked ok and the packaging seemed sufficient. However upon testing, I was unable to focus it. The focus ring would not move at all. Upon further inspection the lens looked crooked in the housing. As you can see in the picture it is touching the housing at the top and has a larger gap at the bottom. I would guess this is why it wont turn. Disappointed as we were hoping to have an outside movie night this week. Hopefully it will be replaced with one that works.EDIT: Amazon shipped a replacement the same day I reported item defective. I received it in two days. This one has no issues and works perfect. Nice projector for the price, Has good picture quality, easy to set up. Would love to have one with a wireless connection, but they are bit more up the price scale and I got a great deal on this one. If you want to use our phone you need a USB to HDMI adapter. You can get one that allows you to charge your phone while using it to play video over HDMI for about $15 on Amazon.

Wowwwwwww, not only do I absolutely still live my projector, but the customer service is first in class! They respond promptly and even follow up to ensure you are satisfied.My story, when I revived my projector it said I could get a free gift. I got to choose from a projector screen, projector bag, projector stand or Bluetooth speaker! All these options were great. I selected the speaker. Well it just so happened they didn’t have any in the warehouse. Not only did they inform me the day after they asked if they could refund me the amount I needed to purchase the speaker and/or choose from the other options. I really wanted the speaker. With NO hesitation they credited my card back and sent me all of the tracking information along with it. I was able to purchase the exact speaker that I was wanted. This was by far THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCE! If you want a quality product please just order you will be so happy with your product! Thank you so much for making this such a great experience.This projector is amazing! We have it on a screen that is over 100 inches and it’s still clear as day! We have tried it in the house on our ways and the clarity of simply amazing! You will absolutely love this projector! And bonus they are so nice and contact you to make sure your satisfied. They are so sure about there product that you may even get a little surprise! Not to mention the price was a steal within its self. Best purchase I made all summer. Not true 4K, it’s upscale. Worse is the reseller is not authorized reseller for Jinhoo so they will not honor the three year warranty. Mine died 33 days after receiving it, and denied my return request. Nobody (including Amazon) stood behind my purchase of a clearly defective item, so now I have to buy another device, and it won’t be through Amazon. At least PayPal stands behind their customers in a situation like this.

Bought this projector to view movies on the wall or outside when we go camping. Good size projector. Sound comes out well. May try an additional speaker for extra sound. We have a textured wall, so will need a sheet or a projector screen for a better viewing in the future. Still looked pretty good tho. Projector is a 4 or 5 star. Customer service is a 0 or 1, that's why 1 star review. Maybe it will get their attention...We were told we'd get a free projector screen after our review. Did review, sent email to email printed on card. Came back undeliverable. So no such address or printed incorrectly. Amazon tried to give me customer support, so I contacted the company they told me to, and have never gotten a reply. So, just don't like being told you will review a thank you gift, and it never happens.Will edit, if anything changes.

For the price this is a 5 star projector, and is perfect for outdoor movie night. We use it on a 12' screen with a FireTV stick and the picture is amazingly sharp and clear, even at dusk when lighting is not what would typically be ideal for a low budget projector. The kids have used it for playing video games as well, and report the larger viewing area (as opposed to a TV) is much more enjoyable for split screen games.The audio is about what I'd expect at this price, which is to say just bypass the built-in audio and use an auxiliary cord to plug in a stand alone speaker. We have used both a JBL and an ion speaker and the sound passes through just fine and makes for a more robust viewing experience.Finally, this projector is super lightweight and portable which makes it ideal for travel. We recently traveled and stayed in an Airbnb that did not have a television ... we solved that by packing our projector (there's a perfect case right here on Amazon) and had everything hooked up in minutes. We simply projected the picture onto the wall - no, it wasn't 4K but was more than sufficient under the circumstances.

I bought two of these for my kids for Xmas. They are really happy with the projectors and like them a lot. 👍 The picture quality is quite good, especially in the dark. We bought them a firesticks to use with them, which worked out great as well. My daughter recommended that one might consider utilizing an external speaker along with it for fuller sound. I’ve attached two photos...one of the picture quality in the dark, and another photo of the image during the day, which also shows the scale of the projected image on the wall in her room. The scale of the projected image can be altered based on how far the projector is from the wall. I am happy with the product and so are my kids!

Estuve buscando por semanas un proyector que fuera económico pero que a su vez me brindara la mayor calidad posible y al probarlo me di cuenta que era el indicado, incluso me sorprendió la calidad el audio. Otro punto a considerar fué el tiempo de entrega, en un principio decía 4 semanas aprox y llegó en 8 días si mal no recuerdo.
