My son is 2.5 years old and is at that stage where he isn't sure if he's scared of total darkness or not.I bought one of those light attachments that fit for the ceiling light but found it was too bright (Glo light)So we looked at a nightlight , I didn't want to get a plug in so I looked at a rechargeable one.This one looked cute and appeared to be a hard plastic body, however it's not, it's a soft silicone one which is easy for my son to grab to take with him to bed as he has tiny hands he finds it hard to pick up big things with one handThe remote works well and the colours are great.Despite being cheap it does feel well made.I like that you can remove the silicone and wash it incase of dirt or accidentsI highly recommend this as an alternative to a nightlight as your child can sleep with this and not hurt themselves.

This product arrived as promised all ok. Charged it up fully and it doesn't work. Button on base won't switch it on and the remote won't work unless the lamp is on, so its completely useless. My son is very disappointed. Will be returning, which I hope goes smoothly. I've had to purchase another one in the hope that I unfortunately ended up with just a faulty one. Will update this review when that one arrives. It better work!!Update: re-order arrived speedily and glad to say worked perfectly. My son is really happy with it!

This was gifted to my son few years ago and he loved it. Light was very bright when on compared to other night lights. However it suddenly stopped working within the year. Tried charging with different chargers thinking the USB wire it came with could be faulty but it turns out the light itself stopped working. Couldn't find a way of changing the bulb or fixing it. After few yrs I found the item on Amazon and excited to order again for my son. But after placing order, got an email saying it can't be delivered so got my money back. Shame. The light was loved by my son and wants the same one again.

Bought the owl light to use in the nursery once our little one arrives in a matter of days and have tested it out. Comes in a variety of great colours which are just the right brightness. The battery lasts a long time too. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for two issues.The on/off button on the remote only turns it off, you have to turn it on on the base each time (or maybe mine is broken...).The instructions say to tap the head to change the lights but I found this didn’t really work after what started off with light tapping and ended in practically caving it’s head in (very squishy by the way). Just needs to be picked up and tapped on a surface. Good job I figured that out early on!

The media could not be loaded.  The owl is very cute it doesn't respond when I Pat it it but when I put it down it changes colour. It also doesn't stay the colour I want when I Pat it as it was written but it does so when I click on the remote. The remote also comes with a battery which is good.

Brought this for my daughter when she was going through a phase of being scared in the dark and it is excellent.The colours are good & provides a good amount of light without disturbing sleep. The remote is very helpful too if accidentally forgotten to put it on .We replaced the cable with a longer one so that we could keep it plugged in over night but have also used it without the cable and it has lasted all night

Found this really useful for entertaining my baby and for middle of the night feedings. Baby can play with it safely and now he’s older can operate the light himself as it is a simple tap function. Haven’t used the remote control really so won’t comment on it. It is fiddly to get the charger into the lamp which is a bit frustrating and is a downside but I have made my peace with it as it lasts a long time once charged and I like the lamp overall. Have gifted them to friends because think they’re so great.

I bought this produce to use in my newborns nursery and had no intention of using it just yet, however since it arrived I have been using it as a nightlight in my room to help with the night time feeds!! It’s brilliant!! The remote means I can turn it on and off when needed and the ability to turn the brightness up and down is great!! Also the battery lasts for ages!! To sum it up, when I ordered the nightlight it was as a cute lamp to decorate a nursery but it has become one of my most useful investments for life with a newborn!!!
