Baby Loves It!
As others noted it does not stay stacked with any touch or slight movement, but that’s what toys do. Also you should be playing with your child and restacking for their enjoyment. Baby likes to chew on the bear head. Slight lifting of varnish at each ear. Other toys in picture are great choices for baby under 12 months. Will be able to use when over 12 months also.

Classy wooden stack-up!
I was hesitant on this purchase because there were a few "off" reviews, but my six-month-old LOVES it! The negative comments on this toy clearly don't understand that the magnets being weak is what makes this toy educational and fun; it's like baby-Jenga! You have to use your brain to flip magnet-side over to stack the parts up, and you have to "learn" how not to tumble them down. It teaches balance, patience, and coordination (in addition to colors!) I am secretly jealous I never had this instead of that vintage plastic one... Note to Corporate: just lacking purple base for teaching ROYGBV.

Baby's favorite toy
This is my 9-month-old's favorite toy. He always goes for this one first. It has held his interest for a few months now. It probably has the least "bells-and-whistles" of any toy he has, but he loves it. I'm actually pretty relieved that he prefers this to some of the plastic stuff that's out there.I like that it's magnetic and doesn't have the peg coming up from the middle like most of these stacking toys do - it seems to make it easier for him to stack and then knock down, which he loves doing. The little bear on top makes it really cute. I try to keep his toys accessible for him since he is not quite walking yet and having cute toys like this to display makes me not mind the extra clutter so much.

Small and Colorful
Draws baby’s attention to colors. Magnets easily slide around with light touch. Great for teaching about polar opposites and how magnets work.

Nice but not great.
Cute, bright, nice quality. But...The magnets aren’t strong enough so it kind of just slides around. And the red piece is quite small, my 9 month old almost put it entirely in his mouth. We’ll be using it as room decor instead of as a toy.

Nice idea, but the age group suggested is way lower than it should be. Suggested starting 9M, but at 12M my baby still can;t figure out the magnetic part, esp given that, as with any magnet, if you put them wrong side they push away, and there is no way to see which it the right side even for an adult, except trial and error of course. Probably better for older kids, or maybe just targeted at overexcited adults...

Disappointed
I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. It’s adorable but the magnets that hold it together when you stack the pieces are so weak it doesn’t stay together. I don’t know if I got a defective toy but what’s the point of a stacking toy that falls apart at the slightest touch? Seems like it will be extremely frustrating for a young child.

Best. Toy. Ever.
I cannot explain it, but both of my babies have loved this toy, beginning at 6 months. My toddler is still interested at 2.5 years old

Wooden baby colours make me feel young again
Small sized, but colours look great. Everything feels wooden which feels nice as well. The magnets aren't too strong, but its not like you need neodymium levels of strength here. It's for babies. Come on.

Nice toy
Gave this toy as a gift...love its concept of using magnets instead of a stacking post. Wish I could get another one for my own child but product has since sky-rocketed in price.

Barely magnetic
The magnets are very weak, and for the price I expected they would be of better quality. My girl loves to play with magnets, but those are barely noticable. They are so weak that it is kind of a stretch to advertise this toy as magnetic. I guess it can be rather used to improve fine motor skills at an older age, but just not what I was expecting.

I thought it was going to be really safe as there is no rod in the middle. However the rings can be stacked only on the right side otherwise they push away from each other and once stacked a minor tilt and it falls down. However my lo loves to push it to fall after I stacked it at 9 months so a toy that we play with.
