Stainless Steel Scissor Tongs with Black Handle 11-Inch Heavy Duty Wire Tongs

I like tongs that have an angle to them rather than without and prefer the scissor handles. This set of two is just what I was looking for. The inside of the metal grips have a texture to them, making it easier to pick up food. The tongs are sufficiently long enough to keep your hands safe from heat. The product seems to be well made and should provide years of service. Definitely recommend it.

Item works as advertised but, could be improved by having a more prominent bend at tong end.

Sturdy tool. Love the isolation around the fingers. I use a electric kettle to boil water to heat flair espresso brew head. Perfect !

Could not find this in retail stores, just what I was looking for.

When I first got these, I laughed at how long they are. I ordered them to replace old tongs that were about 10” long. I didn’t pay attention to the size of these when I ordered them and they’re about twice the length of the old ones. I am not laughing anymore! They are fantastic! I can use them while food is in the oven. I can use them for the grill and not burn the hair off my arms. They reach down into tall containers and I even use them to reach items in high cupboards. They’re really sturdy, too and clean up easily. Great item!

I bought several different types of serving tongs. I couldn't use these particular ones because the grips were too narrow. I have a 9.5 or Large size hands and usually wear some kind of thin gloves to use tongs. As far as rating 'sturdiness' I didn't rate it because all these tongs that are 'Chinese made' last maybe 2 to 3 years for me before the ribbit rusts and breaks off.

These tongs have had little use yet but the most obvious thing is the weight and heavy wire used to make them. They should last . Better than expected. Arrived very quickly.
