ener gel innersoles work better and last longer than all the rest take it from someone who's been 200 plus pounds and has labored as a contractor for 40 years thank God it didn't take that long to find them I've been using them for 20+years.HONEST!!!!

Most comfortable and cushioning for really rough hikes
I purchased one of these for my wife after using this one for some really tough hikes. My wife and I spend a lot of time doing long hikes in the mountains. We do at least one hike with over 4,000 feet of ascent and descent per week. I have tried seven different insoles which claim to be cushioning. This one is the best overall. Some of the others provide good arch support and heel cushioning but this one provides the best comfort on the ball of the foot. Big difference to my feet after long hikes!

My favorite insoles!
These insoles are great. I wear a size 12 and they fit without having to trim them. They last as long or a little longer than other brands and are more comfortable. I have them in all my shoes and boots now.
