CONTO - Men's Slim Italian Leather Wallet

Pros: Very nice leather and well made. It looks and feels much nicer than the photos suggest. A lot of space and, s other reviewers mentions, it still feels "thin" even after putting a lot of cards in it.Cons: Because it is a large wallet, items are not as tightly stored and they have a tendency to fall out. I put a few credit card receipts in one of the side pockets, underneath the credit cards, and the next time I opened the wallet, they fell out. This is a problem with only one of the sides. Also, the credit card slots on that side are too wide and if you shake the wallet a little bit they fall out. The other side has the opposite problem: it's very tight and it's not as easy to take credit cards in and out. I would design the wallet slightly differently...I would make both sides the same (like the "tight" side) but a couple of millimeters wider. It would then be perfect.I decided to keep the wallet because it is very nice. I will just get used to being careful so that things do not fall out. I only carry with me two credit cards, health insurance, and my driver's license so I can put all of them on the "tight" side. I will use the other side for business cards, etc.

Well made wallet...i was tired of buying the same boring wallets from Marshalls, tj max, kohls, etc. It's a nice, slightly shiny wallet. Not stiff but not super soft.2 complaints. First off, the card slots are TIGHT. too tight....hopefully they will break in and loosen up. And 2nd, its a bit more shiny than i thought it was gonna be. Again, a little breaking in and some time should fix that. Overall its a beautiful wallet.

Still using it a year later. Being European, it's fit to accommodate the wider Euro bills. It's as tall as a credit card is long + the border seams. Cards move a bit too freely in the slots on the left, and a bit too tightly on the slots on the right. The leather could be a tad thicker. Still smells great.

I have owned many leather wallets, as I'm sure any man has, once he started shaving. Cramped, so thick they give me a pain in the you know what. I really just got fed up with the average wallet I could pick up at any box store. I searched Amazon for " wallet-large" and this came up. Problem, I think, solved. It's so thin, even with all my cards inside, that I often carry it in my front pants pocket. More " secure" that way. Perfect construction, as far as I can tell. No superfluous flaps and floppy places for ID, and licenses, which makes it stay "thin". I like it.

Bought this for my fiancé (in brown) because I wanted him to upgrade from the usual department store wallets. It came in a very nice gift box, so makes a perfect gift. The quality and design are both impeccable. He loves it - so much, in fact, that I bought a second one as back-up. The size is a little larger than his previous wallets, but that actually allows it to hold plenty and still appear sleek and flat. The leather is great quality and now he has a truly upscale accessory from a great company, so we are both delighted. I will make this an annual birthday purchase for as long as they are available.

This is a very nice mens wallet. It came in a nice gift box and the attention to detail is flawless. It replaces my Louis Viton wallet that my wife gave me 20yrs ago, it finally gave out (no duct tape needed). I would buy again from this seller, hopefully they have a check book cover. This wallet is almost square in size and fits in my jeans pocket perfectly... It has deep currency pockets and they are beautifully lined..This wallet looks and feels like it will last..

Very interesting design with right-side slots running opposite direction. Clearly, this was more than an aesthetic design feature because many wallets holding this many cards have an awkward "teetering" effect when full of cards. This wallet does not thanks to it's uniquely engineered design. Also, these wallets are handmade in Italy by an old, established, family business. The wallet came with a printed story of the company. Nice touch for a gift.
