This product does not get sticky.

How can this product be both "silicone based" (first bullet) and at the same time "free of silicone" (third bullet)?

Where does it say free of silicone? It definitely has silicone in it

Does the packaging travel well without leaking? (All the lubes I have tried leak, especially after air travel, which creates a huge dop kit mess).

I haven’t had any issue traveling with it. I always put it in a small zip lock bag regardless as I do with all toiletries.
