it has a nice look, as long as you don't really want ...
other than the fact the string keeps breaking off, (my husband had to put it back together several times), it has a nice look, as long as you don't really want to roll it up or down. Also it cam bigger than we ordered, so we had to cut the ends, and it now looks choppy.

No light filtering
I thought these were more for inside but I believe that they really are meant to be used outside. Not enough light filtering.

Blinding!
It is VERY sheer. Totally see through. I recommend a lined. Love the color but it's not well made. Hot glue everywhere. But I do like it.

Looks nice! Love them!
Ordered 2 and they looked so good in my bedroom I ordered 2 more for my living room and probably will get 2 more for my son's room.If you are a man, it's probably easy installation, but since its just me, it took me a min and some grumbling to screw the brackets in. I guess it would help if I used my power tools first. But with my power drill, just whizzed on thru the installation after the first 2. Ha! 😃Speedy shipping to Texas. And thank u!

This product does not come with any hardware for hanging!! Very disappointed. And I can't return the item because I just opened and tried to install, but NO HARDWARE

Heat reducer
We absolutely LOVE this shade! It fit the window perfectly...and made an immediate difference in the amount of afternoon sun/heat that had been coming through the window. And I can still see through it enough that while doing my dishes, I'm not looking at a curtain, but my lovely backyard (that I've worked so hard to create)! If you're looking to minimize the heat and glare of the sun, but don't care about total privacy, this shade is for you!!

Great shade!
This is a great shade. The size was perfect for my kitchen window and I love how it turned out. We have a private backyard but the sun shines so brightly into my kitchen that it gets very hot by 11am. This shade allows me to still enjoy the view out but it provides the perfect amount of filter to keep my kitchen cool all day. It's also very stylish and easy to install, I installed it myself without my husband's help in about 5 to 10 minutes.
