I did some homework before buying this product. Here's why I bought this Magnesium/Potassium Taurate and like it.1. Better than 50% of US population is magnesium deficient.2. Magnesium is needed for over 300 functions in every cell in our bodies.3. The Taurate form is highly bioavailable.4. It's a good price.5. One capsule includes the exact amount of necessary Potassium (99mg) for optimal performance of magnesium.You need more magnesium than is in this capsule and you won't get what you need from your diet. Get Magnesium Taurate by itself and I recommend using Magnesium Oil also. We are very Magnesium deficient. In 2015, according to CDC, no one died from overdosing on any vitamin, mineral, or amino acid. Do some homework to discover best nutritional amounts and build up gradually to make certain you don't create unwanted side effects. Magnesium can have a laxative effect; especially when combined with vitamin. That could be a blessing for some and unnecessary for others. Magnesium oil does not cause the laxative effect. LOVE IT! After my doctor mentioned that this would help with my restless legs I researched it on Amazon and chose this brand. I couldn't be happier. I've purchased several bottles now. I sleep all night without my legs jumping and making me and my husband crazy. Nothing like being able to sleep again. Also, if I take a long flight then I use this so that my legs don't start to become restless while crammed into a tiny seat. Thank you CR Magnesium Taurate!

This is the only formulation of magnesium I use. I have tried all other kind of chelations (glycinate, malate, citrate) even Thorne Research's citrate/malate formulation and my eye twitch and muscle cramping returned.These are small white capsules.It is worth the price.It must be taken far away from thyroid meds, for those on thyroid medication, as it inhibits absorption.

Amazon hasta change the picture. The picture is of Magnesium Taurate. The product sent is Magnesium -potassium Taurate. Big difference as magnesium taurate has 125 mg per cap Magnesium -potassium Taurate has 45 mg of magnesium per cap.This is not what I thought I ordered.But the headline is "Magnesium -potassium Taurate" That means .... i guess it's my fault so i I'll keep it.........still.... change the picture!

My capsules were filled with rice flour which I cannot have. The ingredients on the product I received different from the label in the description. Returns for this type of product require chat with Amazon because by default they are not allowed.

I am in love with this product . It helps me amazingly with my heart palpitations and leg cramps.

Magnesium calms my muscle spasms, and magnesium taurate doesn't contribute to diarrhea like the other forms (e.g. magnesium citrate). The potassium lessens the dark circles under my eyes, among other things.
