KAL500 Mg Magnesium Tablets, 60 Count

I have chronic migraines and originally started magnesium supplements to help with those. This brand, specifically these exact 500mg ones, have been the only ones that have worked for me. I take one in the evening and it also helps with restless legs and sleep. I've ran out before and tried other brands and amounts but nothing works the same way these 500mg ones do. I still get migraines of course, I wish there was a solution to make those go away permanently but don't see that happening in my lifetime. However the magnesium does help with the frequency and severity of my migraines.If you have IBS or bathroom issues maybe take caution because these can make you more "regular" when first starting. It wasn't a major issue for me though and could be a benefit if you have the opposite problem.

This is the ONLY magnesium (of which I have tried many different variants) that actually works to 'get me going' if yeh know what I mean. I'm a nervous pooper, so it's rough at work, especially as the company grows and the bathroom starts to seem smaller and more crowded. Not with these bad boys though! One pill before bed and the next day is a carefree wonderland. I strongly recommend. Not sure about the heart or organ or body benefit stuff, but the poop stuff A+ five star will buy again and again and again.

Have had weight lose surgery and these were some really large size pills. Can't take them so not much I can say about them .. Sorry

It's the greatest magnesium for my heart condition and unfortunately most of the capsules are broke in half and there was a lot of powder at the bottom... they seemed like they were a bit old

This is my daily magnesium with a blend of magnesium types, it has really helped - no more heart thumping at night - nice and calm - muscles relaxed - highly recommend. It is the largest size tablet, so it was hard for my mum to swallow, so we cut in half and each half went down smoothly with apple sauce.
