Very cost efficient and wonderful supplement. Magnesium is involved either directly or indirectly with 300 metabolic funcitons of the body so supplementing is the least that I could do.

FYI This contains four kinds of magnesium which it does not state !
When I read "Magnesium Taurate" that is what I expect to receive. This has four different kinds of magnesium in it. Magnesium Taurate, citrate, oxide and orotate. Definitely not in the description. I had to call customer service to rescue the issue .
