Alain Dupetit Men's Two Button Suit

So I am a top heavy individual, I wear 2xl across the board in shirts. I can wear a 50R Executive fit, 52R, or a 54R Slim fit. This was a 52R and fit a little snug but looked great. The pants were waaaaay too big but I am not a normal shaped guy. I had the pants tailored ($30) but now they fit great. Everyone commented how well this suit looked. The grey is the new classic. Very versatile.Sizing-wise-Jacket: I would say the jacket in your normal size will be a little snug (it will button but will stretch where it fastens)Pants: Were waaay too big for me. I have a very large chest but usually wear a 42 pant. Due to this being a set, I had to get 46 pants because its the standard drop of 6in from jacket size.Either way, I have $100 in this suit and it looks awesome. No need to spend $400 at a dept store.

Here is the issue. When choosing a jacket that fits, the pant sies are 6 sizes under the jacket so ,as in my situation, I wear a size 48 regular jacket(which fit perfectly). I wear size.36.pants but the pants it's paired with is size 42. That is a lot of cloth to take in.One tailor gave me a bid of $110.. ,I found a sole proprietor and she agreed to take in the seam but the reality is that the slacks should be recut if try to bring in 4 sizes or more. By taking in the 6 sizes without being recut will bring the rear pockets closer together than they should be. So.as long as I leave my jacket on, all will work out!

waay too small and ALL my suits are 44reg and some 42reg, this was maybe a 30...and wasnt the labeled brand as indicated, they used the above named label with a string and attached it to a button. also is made of 100% suitech, never heard of material, that looks and feels worse than a cheap 70s drug dealer suit

The fit for me was excellent. It really feels and looks the part of a much more expensive suit and the fact that your able to wash the suit is really a great deal! I'll have to try washing the suit after a while and see how it turns out.

Good for the price!!! Good quality, I bought the charcoal gray suit and it look exactly like the picture, the pants are somewhat large for my husband he's 42 size but I had to buy 44 size because it comes with the 50 regular size jacket, I had to fix the pants (too long) it wasn't a problem for me, I will buy again.

For a cheap suit, it's good. You'll need to have it tailored so expect another $100 on top of the price. Mine came with two small stains that I was upset about but don't have a way of contacting anyone. Hopefully, the dry cleaner can get those out. The fabric is all right. The color is good. You get what you pay for.

It was a good suit for the money

I ordered Charcoal gray and I got a blue suit... not pleased at all. What's worst is I don't live in the US, I'm from the Caribbean ad I just got the suit which the best man has to use and I can't even return it at this point so I'm stuck with this and have to purchas a new one.
