Does what it is supposed to do. Wellpackaged and made the customer very happy.

The Neorest RH toilet is comfortable and user friendly, in spite of all the options. I spent several hours researching various brands and models. Most of them had reliability and functional issues. I have been using the toilet for several days now, and it works flawlessly. I will update later if this changes. The flush mechanism is quiet, the lid and seat motor are quiet.Install: This requires a careful installation and the manual is designed for someone who is accustomed to installing these devices. Holes need to be drilled in the floor and there is no room for error. The water line needs specific placement and you will need a power circuit that can handle a 10 amp. load for just the toilet. The install is not for the ham-fisted. If you are not installing this yourself, be very careful in who you select to do the work. Pass on anyone who has not installed one of these before. This is not a standard toilet install. This took me several days because I had to remove tile from the wall, move the water line, run Romex, and create an outlet. There was also urine etching on the stone that I had to sand out. Expect to pay several hundred dollars for the install if not doing it yourself. My install would have cost a minimum of $1,500.Dislikes: I would prefer something a little more elegant than the plastic panels at the back covering the mechanicals. This is standard across the brands. The only way to get a full porcelain toilet is to upgrade to the $7,000 Toto. I couldn't because that is a much larger toilet that would look out of place in this small bathroom.I would prefer a lid that can be sat upon. We'll see how this works out long term. The cleansing wand is a plastic material. I would prefer stainless. Stainless can be had with other brands but then that is the trade off. For such a high end product, I don't understand why the cleansing wand is plastic.This toilet virtually eliminates the need for toilet paper. If you horded during the panic, that stuff is going to disintegrate before you use it. The remote is large but, laid out nicely. There is a three year warranty, and if the toilet is reliable, we will install it in the two other bathrooms. We have three inch copper waste lines and, I suspect, these toilets will significant reduce clogs due to lack of paper and the forceful flush.

The delivery, installation and operation of the TOTO MS988CUMFG#01 NEOREST RH Dual Flush 1.0 or 0.8 GPF Toilet exceeded all my expectations. Good, competitive price. VERY quick shipping with well packed product in a sturdy box. Easy to follow instructions not requiring a rocket scientist or any special tools or materials. And, the operation of the toilet is both easy AND effective. I definitely recommend this product to others!

Was I actually? Yes. Is it worth the money? You better believe it.Honestly the best toilet I've ever used in my life. Yes it's expensive, and yes, it is a nightmare to install. But my goodness, is it worth it. Get it, enjoy life, simultaneously flex on and make your guests uncomfortable by putting it in the guest bathroom.

A lot of things you buy lose their thrill value after a short time. No so with this. This is a gift that keeps on giving. It is ridiculous how happy this bidet makes me every time I use it. It's not the bidet part--that seems to hit a bit aft of where it should be unless you adjust your position. It's the heated seat. It is just comforting. It's as if someone in the universe cares for your well-being...every time. Otherwise, it's another thing that beeps too much, but you can dial that back.. And, if your toilet position lets the bidet see you coming, it opens and does its pre-cleaning toilet spray every time it senses movement. So. if you are standing 4' away brushing your teeth, the bidet assumes you are about to use it. They should really have a little AI chip in it that lets it learn more about when you intend to use it and when you don't...or adjust the sensor sensitivity to 1'. Regardless, I love this thing.

I didn't perform the install it so I can't remark, the plumber didn't seem to have an issue. This is the best appliance I've bought my entire life! Get one, you'll love it.

The media could not be loaded. Very complex installation. If I wasn’t remodeling the bathroom and able to do all the prep according to instructions, would have needed to add much additional cost for plumber & electrician. Once water supply and outlet were installed correctly, installation wasn’t too bad. While it’s an investment, given the cost, I enjoy using it every time, love the bidet features, and the automatic lid and flushing are really cool. Not one thing annoys me about it after using it for a week, very happy with this model and look forward to years of service, which will help reduce some of its cost by using much less toilet paper. :)
