These leds work great and I have used them for many projects around the house. I have seen some slight discoloration when comparing strips that I bought this year vs last year... not that big of a deal unless you are replacing a strip where the colors need to match perfectly.

Lights are bright and easily controlled with a Falcon controller. They are configured BRG, not RGB. But that is an easy selection on my controller and no big deal. Overall great lights!

Leds look really nice, and are really bright. You should know it's not RGB but some other order like GRB. I cut my strip to length before realizing there was a defect in the strip, and the LEDs are programmed in groups of three so if one goes out it's pretty noticable. I'll keep buying these strips in the future, but make sure you test them first

I bought like 6 sets of these LED's to use as Christmas lights on the outside of my house. No regrets they work awesome. Now on a side project I was working on using the extra string of lights, As the pics show I had already mounted the LED's in the tracking and had decided to do it a different way which required me to pull the LED's out of the tracking. I wasn't sure they were going to hold up after pulling fairly hard to un-stick the lights from the tracking. Well the pics don't lie, I literally pulled the back of the strips off the backside of the LED's, some of the copper was pulled off and yet the LED's still light up and perform perfectly. I was rather shocked at how durable these LED's are. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these LED's

I used WLED software via a QuinQuad LED ESP32 package. I also used a 25A power supply I bought here. I was able to string 3 of these 5m with 150 LED (but only 50 addressable in 3's) (which is 15 meters of light) in series and experienced no degradation when injected on only ONE SIDE. This is great, I hate having to deal with mid and/or end power injection. I actually think I could have gotten away with doing 4 of these (20 meters). Works great. The only drawback is that it's not as smooth since it's only addressable per 3 lights. However, on a the side of a house for Xmas lights, you can barely tell.

Getting ghost pixels on a daily basis. These are IP65 rated (splash) and should work find on gutters. The front has silicon but back is protected by 3M tape. Sometimes rain drops seem to get behind the tape, causing failure at the joints were copper connections are exposed behind the tape. Product description is not accurate, i would not recommend these for any outdoor applications.

Update: Found their email - they were super helpful. Emailed me back right away. Sending out a replacement. Very good customer service. Some problems with these things are expected - they took care of it right away. Changing review to 5 stars. WARNING!!! Purchased these lights. They were working fine. Operating thru a controller and a 12v 5a power supply. Turned on today and strong odor of electrical short - found the processor in the middle of the light string completely burned and melted the waterproofing. I can't find a way to contact manufacturer - I'd like to see if this is a common problem they are now encountering and if they would help in resolving this problem. If I finally get ahold of them I'll update my review.

3M adhesion works great. The brightness could be better actually substantial better. The red green and blue for sale ebright. But on the clear or white color setting it gives minimal lumens . The waterproof coating could be somewhat of a pain in the neck strip off.

Look great and adhesive seems fine. There were a couple of spots the backing had come off when it was packaged but seems to be fine.

The info in large prints states 150 LEDs but if you read the smaller print it states that the LEDS are groups in 3's which means you can only program 50 LED addresses which, for me, defeats the purpose of buying an "addressable LED strip" Other than that the product looks of reasonable quality.

Der rückseitige Kleber ist in der Tat, wie vom Hersteller auch beschrieben, besser als bei vielen Mitbewerbern, das war auch meine Kaufentscheidung zu diesem Produkt. Alle Led's funktionieren einwandfrei. Kommen wir nun zum negativen: es handelt sich hierbei nicht um WS2811, eine Ansteuerung mit diesem Protokoll führt nur zu einem weißen leuchten aller LED's. Das ist zumal dann ärgerlich wenn unter selbigen Datensignal auch 5V WS2811 Pixel (nicht Stripe) angesteuert werden sollen, eine Ansteuerung funktioniert nur ab Standart WS2813, was zufolge hat das die Farbreihenfolge nicht mehr RGB ist. Für die falsche Artikelbeschreibung gibt es deshalb 2 Sterne Abzug , wer mit diesem Umstand zurecht kommt, der erhält aber grundsätzlich ein gutes Produkt.

The most unpleasant thing I noticed immediately when opening the bag was a very unpleasant smell, that has gotten weaker, but is still persistent up to today, more than a month after purchasing. The Colors seem a bit unbalanced, with Green being much stronger than red. A few segments were outright broken, for me it was around 1 segment per roll so far, and the distance kept at stitching-points was slightly inconsistent, but not much of an issue. Overall, you kinda get what you pay for, when buying the cheapest, you can find on amazon I guess.
