Great product
This is my favorite spice! I use cinnamon a lot and this one has a perfect flavor. I have used some products that I have to use a lot of cinnamon to even taste it in the food. Not this one. This is the only one I will use.

Great product
My husband and I love this cinnamon. It is not too strongly flavored but is just enough for us. We use it daily on our hot oatmeal. It adds a bit of flavor and it is very healthy to eat. The product came well packed.

Product was not received as advertised.
This product was advertised as a three pack and only one container of organic cinnamon arrived.

Great value and taste
We have been using this organic cinnamon for years. We love the flavor and put it in out tea as well as use if for a variety of baking. The best part is we were able to get a pack of 3 here for less than 2 would cost at Whole Foods (which is funny because Amazon owns Whole Foods...).

Cinnamon/Vietnamese Cinnamon are the same
I noticed some labeling confusion between Cinnamon and Vietnamese Cinnamon, so I reached out to the company and they responded that those two are the same product and they have just updated their labeling.A message from Simply Organic Frontier Co-Op "The Ground Cinnamon is the very same as the Vietnamese Cinnamon. Customers were getting them confused with Ceylon when labeled as ground cinnamon so we put the variety on the bottle now. Neither of these products are Ceylon cinnamon."

Delicious
It's almost time to order more! Lovely cinnamon - this has great aroma and flavor. I use cinnamon frequently - dusting on toast & pancakes and many desserts - and in most of the baking that I do. This arrived very fresh and has stayed fresh.

Organic doesn't always mean quality.
There are 4 primary sources for cinnamon used in cooking. Ceylon cinnamon is "true" cinnamon and is not toxic, the Saigon, Cassia and Burmannii contain high amounts of coumarin (1200x the amount of ceylon) a toxic compound that affects the nervous system. Simply organic uses the latter of the four because it is cheap do to having an extremely low oil content. Basically it is junk. If your cinnamon is bitter and not sweet (and this is) it is toxic. So just because it is "organic" does not mean it is good for you. I bought some hoping that it was right because none label their sources and am severely disappointed. On a side note the same is true of imitation vanilla having dangerously high amounts of coumarin from using the Tonka do to the fact it contains a lot of vannillan.
