But, that the question that pop in there. Making shipping envelope a dreaded experience. Till I know the condition of the book. So please , ship books by box. And ship it with package air Or bubble wrap I don't think it's asking too much.The replacement book was still damaged. But, I can at least repair it. With a trick or two. I've Learn caring for books.Review:Till this book has some real competition. The price is fully worth it. I've borrowed this book several times in the past. So, I knew it's information had value on some level. But, never by how much. Only recently, I've started looking and reading other Storyboarding books. And began to realize How great and well structure this book is.Storyboarding is a art form all it's own. You have to understand illustration and film on top of it. And this book is that Perfect Blend Of script, illustration, And photography. And will get you thinking in the right direction . No matter where you are with your storyboarding. A lot of the other storyboarding books that I came across . Knew how to display a scene and read a script. There a few , I would even Consider buying at a later date. I enjoyed their view point and perspective. But, I do not consider them on the same level of as this book. There simply not There. This book get you to breathe life into your scene. And carry it Beyond a one panel display. And get you to think of your own art in a more dramatic way.And lastly, While I think the world of this book. It's extremely effective in what it set out to teach. To the point, I think not only storyboard artist will get value out it. But, comic and manga artist as well. However, If you're not working with more than one panel or necessarily want more dramatic screen with your art. This book could end up working a against you. Some books are so good. They affect the way in which you process information. And Storyboarding: Turning script to motion is one those book without question. It knows what it's goal is. And set out, to teach you that exact goal.Quick summary:Pro: Invaluable Information and very well Structured from beginning to endCon: Feel and looks like a text book.

This book is inspirational and practical. It really helped me understand how using storyboarding concepts helps to brings an idea into production. Clearly explained and illustrated, it is useful for any visual project. Loved that it included information on game development and webcomics. This is the resource I needed!

Daughter needed this book for her college class. It’s a well written book and she enjoyed it.
