I have an American Lab and German Wire Hair mix. The lab's teeth and mouth are much bigger than the wire hair. Both are aggressive chewers because of their age (one year old). While the quality seems good and the flavor/smell a favorite of my dogs, these just don't last. The compression seems to be looser compared to other products I have purchased. I purchased the mix bag of bones and sticks. My dogs can chew and consume one of the compressed 10" bones in a few hours, maybe less. The sticks are gone in under an hour. Other brands I have purchased in the same size seem to be compressed better and I think makes them last longer. I don't mind the money to time ratio, but more concerned that they are breaking down and digesting so much rawhide so quickly.

My 17 lb mini Dachshund went litterally bonkers for this. I was quite sceptical about giving him anything rawhide. Since I’m already a huge fan of Raw Paws products so after reading all the positive reviews wanted to give it a try.He loves their thin 6” bully sticks & now this seems to be his favorite. It’s super dense so it keeps him pretty occupied. It took 1.5 hrs to just get down to half... to avoid addiction, I just take the other half & feed it to him the next day. My opinion it’s too much calories for a whole piece & would avoid giving daily. Sammy gets super addictive when chewing so I don’t want him too dependant on it. Great for chewers though & it’s appropriately sized which pooch will definitely love. Yes highly recommend!

Our dog (45lb aussie) can get through a "normal" rawhide in probably 30-45 minutes. These certainly do take him longer to work through. The bones are probably in total a 3-4 hour job (depending on his energy level) and the sticks a 2-3 hour job.They are close to the same price/hr as a standard rawhide, although our other dog (20lb corgi) seems to get more excited about these. So that's something as he seems a little picky if things aren't fun or tasty.A good sized yak treat might last a bit longer than these. It's close on the price/hr though.Both the yak treats and these seem to be more enticing than an antler though.

Been buying pressed raw hides for 20 yrs I now only own a small 25 dog but ordered the large bones because I thought they wold last longer. The round pressed bones last about 2 nights, the larger ones last most of a week. My dog got very sick shortly after giving him one of the large bones, so I checked out the bone and it was all black inside and had a very bad smell. I got rid of that bond and he hasn't been sick since.

My Great Dane is in love with these bones! I can’t buy them fast enough for her chewing enjoyment. I have to limit her time with them, as she can go through them fairly quickly if I don’t (and I try to use them as a treat for her). For a normal-size chewer I’m sure they would last longer. My dog knows where they are hidden on the top shelf, and she will sit by the shelf and whine for me to give her one! Great product, and they arrive very quickly. For my pocketbook’s sake I wish they were a little cheaper, but I can attest that my pup loves them!

We have a subscription to these, we have an almost 2 year old, 34 lb, rescue puppy and she has been eating and chewing anything in sight, since having these that has dramatically changed. She still eats anything lose lying around on the floor, but doesn't go look for shoes anymore. She chews on these daily! And even our older 4 year old rescue, who hasn't had a chewing urge in a while, does like chewing on these occasionally.

My 8 month old pup loves these. They are long lasting and don’t seem to pose any problem with breaking off and causing a choking problem. She still loves to chew and I was very glad to find these. Much much better then the ones before these!! I will be ordering a second bag very soon! Good product, keep up the good work!

I was so excited to order these for my pup because my mom gets them for her golden retrievers and they love them; but when I got the box at my front door after work it was covered in ants then I open the box there was a hole in the bag of the bones the whole thing had to be thrown in the trash because I can not feed this to my dog. $50 wasted. Quite upset.
