You know when you want to put a curtain rod between two walls, but want to be able to remove the rod without unscrewing the brackets? If so, this is the chap you need. Cut the 25cm-wide curtain rod to be about 6cm shorter than the gap between the walls. You can slide one end in to one bracket, pull it back 3cms into the other bracket then tighten the fixing screws. Rod stays firmly in place. Reverse the above to remove it. If you position the brackets so that the tightening screws point upwards, you can use them to hold the end curtain-rings in place.

Used to hold rooe in reptile vivarium. Do the job perfectly. Had to get different screws as they were a touch too long but overall good quality, no sharp edges and sturdy. Easy to install and are holding up well

Strong and well made fittings with a good outside finish

Decent quality and value at price paid. I used only one of the two, for supporting petrol generator exhaust extension at through/wall entry I added exhaust sealing paste to between tube end outside and inside diameter of this fitting.

I used them to repair a laundry rack. Works as expected and came with everything needed (minus a screwdriver).
