Great for those of us with Celiac!
Our grocery stores stopped carrying this, so I sure am glad Amazon has it! It's a great how breakfast cereal for those with gluten intolerance or Celiac. Make it with nut milks, also on Amazon, for more nutrition and a good warm breakfast for diabetics, too.

Great food for anytime of the day.
It's quick and easy to prepare. With a tablespoon of peanut butter, it's delicious. Makes great muffins , cookies, pancakes, and hot cereal. My family and friends love it. Most nutritious, especially for Gluten Free diets , but the whole family came enjoy it and can reap the benefits!
