incredible quality, worth the price
Tumi is Tumi — it costs a fortune but nothing compares in quality. I comparison-shopped for a very long time, trying to find a great messenger bag/briefcase with everything I wanted for at least a bit less, but at the end of the day I got the Tumi, and I’m very glad I did. We will spend our days together for many years to come.

2 Months In And The Zipper Broke - Instead of Replacement I'm Waiting ????????
It was less than 2 months when the zipper broke, but I couldn't return it due to being out of the country. When I did return it they didn't replace the briefcase. Uncertain when I'll have the briefcase back.

Not what this brand used to be
Very disappointed in the build quality and material. Not at all like the Tumi bags I've had from 15 years ago. This is not a high quality bag, rigid where it shouldn't be and the pockets are an odd size, too small for practical use. Overall very disappointing.
