This product came as promised. It is just like I saw in the plumbing stores at a much better price. I would recommend this product and site to anyone looking for bathroom fixtures.

As good as Moen gets
Hey, it's a Moen product. And my expectations were based on expecting an average to below-average quality product. Unfortunately the prior owners installed Moen products so I was limited in what I could use. I prefer Kohler, but for a Moen upgrade, this is as good as Moen gets.

Works well, love the ease of one handle. "spot resistant" leaves a lot to be desired.

Very disapointed with quality am sending the set back, after looking at set found that tub spout was made of plastic and has scratches on it spend that much money and get plastic that's BS.

Quality compromised
I plan to return. The shower and valve facing are decent. Manufacturing quality wasn't the best. The rubber seal for example under the handle faceplate was not properly centered and the metal is really thin but otherwise fully functional. The tub spout however is all plastic. It looks and particularly feels cheap; this is the reason I likely won't be keeping. Unfortunately, this is such the norm these days. Same price; but now cheaply made.
