I love this seasoning. Its perfect on fish/seafood, pork, and chicken. It provides just the right spicy flavor. Use a little for mild flavor and a load for spicy hot. I also received a complimentary seasoning pouch. Nicely sealed when arrived, along with a note from the seller. I store the seasoning in its original packet, in a kitchen cabinet. It hasn't hardened yet and I ordered a few months ago. The packet is large, great for those who cook a lot using spice. I don't cook but a few times a week and I'm afraid that eventually the product may harden. So far no problem there. But oh, is it delicious!

This is my new favorite spice. It is a warm smoky smooth heat for everything from guacamole to spinach and chicken. Love this product.

I bought this seasoning on a trip last year and absolutely love it. It has a nice Smokey flavor with a little kick to it. Someone told me it was super spicy. Honestly, I don’t think it’s that spicy. I usually go with a medium salsa and that’s hot enough for me, so I would say this isn’t even as spicy as medium salsa. My favorite use for this seasoning is potato salad, but it can be used for a lot of different foods.
