No taste & easy to swallow

I contacted nature sunshine via email and I asked them how much iodine was in each capsule. I told them it didn't have to be exact just maybe when the last batch was tested how much iodine was in it.They sent me back that they don't test it for iodine. I feel like it's pretty dangerous for them to have you take two capsules not knowing the iodine content. I feel like when I take just one capsule my thyroid goes into overdrive. I feel from my experience in taking kelp that there is a lot of iodine in these. I think that telling you to take two per day is bad advice. I have asked other companies and they have gotten back with me with the iodine amounts and some of them had way more than what was stated on their label. So I am wondering if that isn't the same with this supplement and this brand. Proceed with caution because causing yourself to get hyperthyroidism is not fun to try to reverse.
