Cover Girl 10306 105chrcl Charcoal Perfect Blend Eyeliner Pencil

Easy to use but pencil needs to be sharpened often to get definition/outline just right. It isn’t smudge proof - will come off with a swipe of a finger.

I couldn’t tell if it was water resistance or not.

I'm unable to find this shade at my CVS and it is a perfect blend for my grey hair. I was so happy to find charcoal on line. A brow pencil is easier for me to control. I wish I didn't have to sharpen so often.

Only pencil color that works well with my hair color. I don't use this as an eyeliner. I use it for my eyebrows. Can't find a better pencil for the eyebrows. Hopefully this will continue to be produced as I haven't found anything that works as well.

Used this product for several years. It applies easily and blends well with the sponge tip on the opposite side of the stick. Not many brands have charcoal. Black is too harsh.

Have used this for years due to loss of eyebrow hair....if you have to use eyebrow pencil (and I wish I didn't), this is the best one.
