I gave up hand lotion, except one I was bring in from Europe and alternating with hand cream at the kitchen sink. Yes, I wear rubber gloves. I simply have very dry skin. I got this last year on sale to put in the bathroom for guests. The aroma was fantastic. It's pungent but fresh, not like the acid flavorsxthey use to imitate lemon or lime. I had bought the hand balm which got discontinued. Sad. It went right in.I do not believe this is the only thing I use during the day except for once I'll put on something with glycerin. My hands are soft. They look ten years younger. At night I still use pure Shea butter. But younger looking and soft hands? It's appropriate for both genders. The aroma dissipates within 20 minutes forcthosecwho wear perfume and want that to be the thing you smell.This stuff is knock-out great. It's better than the hand creams that cost $25 and $30. My handsxarecthat dry and Ivecadded oil to creamsCaldera makes no mention beyond moisture. On that they should get an award. I really didn't expect these 65+ year old hands to look younger.This is rapidly absorbed. I can use it when I'm working at the desk. I only put cream/lotion on the back of my hands and rub them. Somehow I stain paper. Not with this.Rarely have I been so enthused about a skin care product.

Product smells great, very creamy, feels luxurious

I don't like the scent but it's honestly my fault. It smells like ginger pomelo (mainly the pomelo) and I don't know what I am expecting but this is not it. I don't really hate the fragrance but it's just not perfume-y if you know what I mean.

This product used to be available at Target - which is where I originally tried it and learned to like it. After they quit carrying it, it became an adventure to try to find it. It is a great lotion, made with non toxic ingredients, is a good moisturizer, and this particular fragrance is excellent in the morning. It has a freshness that helps wake up my brain, and gently nudges me into my day. I was glad to find it on Amazon - easy to order, and arrived quickly. Will definitely buy more when this supply is used up!

Fragrance is terrible.

I had purchased Caldrea room spray in Ginger Pomelo awhile back and loved the fragrance. Recently purchased the hand soap and lotion duo for the powder room. Bottles arrived in perfect condition as if I had purchased them locally. They look good in the powder room. Soap is effective, and lotion feels and smells wonderful. Will definitely purchase again or, hopefully, buy refills.

I was happy to find the Caldrea lotion online. It seems a little thinner in texture than what I had bought in a store, but feels good on my hands and has the same great fragrance.

Unfortunately, this hand lotion is liquidy and doesn’t seem to soften my skin very well. I wasn’t too happy with the scent of the ginger pomelo either. I would not purchase again.
