Nostalgic Warehouse Meadows Light Switch Cover Plate

The good-this is visually beautiful & the actual switch plate is sturdy & seems well madeThe bad- the screws come in 2 sizes- the small will not fit but the longer one most likely will however they are extremely poorly made & one BROKE INSIDE our light switchThe ugly- we had to pay an electrician to come in & replace our entire switch & because of the age of the home the correct kind was extremely hard to locate- when i contacted customer support over it i was on the phone with them for over an hour & they were incredibly rude & unhelpful. All they could offer me was accepting a return for the product- they weren’t able to just send a new screw, they weren’t able to send me a new product to replace, they weren’t able to refund me, they wouldn’t even give me any type of credit for my hassle- mind you i purchased over 10 of these, i paid a electrician & already spent a significant time & energy on this & the only option they had for me was to go to a shipping location during a global pandemic to return it and then they would credit me & then i could reorder one & hope that doesn’t break. Never in all my life have i been treated so poorly over a shotty product on amazon - this $15 plate cover ended up costing me over $100 in the long run in parts & labor.

I wanted an elegant looking plate for this wall I painted teal and i just happen to love Art Deco so this worked out well.I also bought the matching wall switch plate and it looks so good!The plate came in it’s own Nostalgic Warehouse box wrapped in paper. The plate is then found wrapped in tissue paper inside a plastic bag marked with quality control sign off. The screw is in a separate section of the bag.I was bummed by the $20 cost but dove in anyway. This plate is the real deal. It’s hefty and a lot thicker than I expected, making it stick out from the wall a bit. I had to apply more pressure to get the screw to reach but it eventually worked out and is fine.I’m super impressed and happy with this purchase. It’s worth it.Is it upside down? Rightside up? Who knows. I like the way I have it so it looks good to me.

Overall heavy and what i was looking for. Thicker than most so you may have to adjust outlet. Not an issue for us. HOWEVER..It would have been nice if they came with a screw. Instead I had to use my old ones that didnt match. For the price, they should come with the ONE little screw to match each. Seriously. I've subtracted stars because now I have to go out and try to find one that will match the finish.

wow, these are just what I was looking for. I needed something sturdy that wasn't cheap feeling and they really delivered on this product! the detail is gorgeous, it's heavy, and honestly worth the price. im so happy with this purchase. when u get something so beautiful and with amazing quality, its worth the price u pay for it. I will be purchasing again from this company when I need more. which I do by the way. I literally looked for two weeks for covers. I. the end it was worth the wait in finding these.you buy good quality, you'll never have to buy them again.

good quality thick heavy plates. only thing I didnt like is the scratches on plate. they still pretty with the scratches. I was surprised with the weight an quality of these plates. now I know why they cost what they cost. thanks

I don't know what I expected (I guess not real metal?) - but it was ginormous and very heavy! I have yet to install it, but appreciated it came with a couple of different length screws. I bought it because I painted a wall with a faux finish hammered gold and thought my white plastic face plate looked out of place. I'm glad I waited for price to drop under $20 because it felt more of a bargain for the product!

Very detailed every corner of this is just Stunning, beautiful light cover. Adds much elegance to any room. Looks expensive feels nice as well It fits perfect as a glove almost like it belongs in a magazine . I love it very much. Happy customer! Thank you Amazon.
