It's attractive and effective but much thicker than typical doormats. If like me you have a step into your home, this is perfect. If you do not, you will find your toe catching on this pretty much every time you walk through the door causing you to stumble.

Sturdy & beautiful after 2 mos use. It was a gift to our neighbors. It is taller/higher? than other mats, so you'd want to consider that if you have low door clearance.

Nice, good quality. Only gave it 4 stars because it was too high for us. We kept tripping on it. Gave it to our son who has a small step up into his home and it works perfectly there.

This mat is okay looking and serves its purpose but it is really thick and bulky. He also shreds a lot of the material it is made out of.

Very nice though it does shed some. Needed a thicker mat so my little beagles didn't have to step up so high to enter the house.

This is a classic door mat. It is rich looking, very thick and extremely durable. I will order it again if it ever actually wears out.
