A great pack for the money!
I mounted this to my road bike for all the usual reasons. Things that I am going to take with me on every ride that I don't need immediate access to go into the bag: tools, patch kit, tube, inflator, CO2, ID, keys. It holds all this gear without the need to open the expansion section. The quality of construction is good. The zippers look to be of good quality with tight fitting teeth. The straps are sewn on so that a good strong pull did not rip them out (I tried!) or unbuckle them. The best part is the fit of the pack on my bicycle. It tucks up tight to the bottom of the saddle and does not move around at all. The interior has a mesh pocked on the back of the opening for small things, usually my keys and ID. The exterior of the door also has a tab for mounting a clip-on light (my wife's much more expensive pack doesn't have this feature.) I am very happy with my purchase and if you are looking for an inexpensive pack I recommend The Topeak Areo Wedge. I'll update my review if I have any problems with the pack. [UPDATE] I have had this pack for 20 months now. It's still on the bike and still performing like a champ. The pack has been through everything from brutal Florida sun, to cold (below freezing,) to rain soaked events. It has protected my stuff well and I'd buy another one in a heartbeat. I just picked up an older bike that I am going to update over the winter and use as commuter bike for work next year. The bike WILL have a Topeak bag on it!

Best balance of quality, design and cost for my needs.
Shopped until I dropped, most also ran's were over priced, lesser quality than the Topeak. Got the medium although the large cost just slightly more but glad I did as the large would have stuck out beyond the seat. This carries my spare tube, CO2 inflator, multitool and tire irons, not much room beyond that but that is all the real estate I am willing to use back there. Would be nice to have a little more room, I perhaps could cram a couple more items in there but right now food and other essentials get put in my shirt/jacket pockets. This is a well made unit and is easy to remove from the sea frame. Expect it to last several years. I opted for the strapped version over the more sophisticated clip-in design due to the negative reviews and just the gut feel that the rigidity of the clip in system would not fully support the bag over time, would eventually either snap off at the mount or sag and tear. The strap version, while not as slick, it smarter because it is naturally suspended and can flex and move with the motion of the bike (road bike, btw). I ride 50-75 miles a week and this design works best for me.

Spacious saddle bag.
The Topeak Aero Wedge Velcro Pack is made of 1200 Denier Polyester, which should protect the saddle bag against the elements. The bag is shaped nicely, when mounted it fit up close to the saddle. The medium sized Aero Wedge has a roomy main compartment that is expandable up to 30% more. There is also a separate pocket for storing misc stuff or tools. For security, the saddle bag features 3M reflective strips. In my garage, the reflective strips are very noticeable. Overall impression of the Topeak Aero Wedge is that it is a well made saddle bag. Slightly bigger than the small Bontrager saddle bag. The quick release straps with buckles make mounting easy using the rails on the saddle. I like this better than the straps on the Bontrager bag. The one drawback to the Topeak Aero bag is that the label has a Prop 65 warning . I am not sure why a saddle bag contains harmful chemicals but it is a tad concerning.

Excellent quality and value, easy to use, holds what I need
My use: I mountain bike in Colorado, and ride my street bike to work. This fits my sunglasses and clear eye protection in protective cases, keys wallet and phone, 3 Kind Bars / similar items, compact bike repair multitool and tube repair kit, but it appears very compact, air streamed. It's compatible with my rear wheel rack. I haven't used it in the rain or cold yet, but the design looks good for both. Three clips to install or remove from the seat frame make a nice win-win of secure attachment and ease of use. Probably one should empty it or unclip and take with them in urban areas since anyone could do those steps. Zippers seem excellent quality. Materials seem stout, not likely to rip or break. Expansion zipper is a nice feature I have not needed for the few things I stow. Perfect for rides that don't require stowing change of clothes or picnic or a second water bottle or items for work other than a flash drive.

Perfect
I like this bag a lot. I got the medium bag and it has lots of room especially when you expand the bag. Nice fabric, zippers and straps. Fits very discreetly under my seat.

Great for carrying tools
I like Topeak. I have their rack and bag for it on my commuter bike. I bought this saddle bag for my MTB to carry a spare tube and some tools. It works nice and can be expanded to carry more but I haven't tried. I have a dropper post and it kind of works. I can lower the seat but not all the way down or I risk squishing the strap. Good material, from how their bags are made, I know this thing will last a while.

A little large, but a very well made bag
The medium bag was larger than I had expected so it looked pretty big when fitted on my smaller road bike. However, the wedge shape makes it appear less bulky than it probably could be under the seat. Since my bike is smaller and doesn't have a super high seatpost, the opening of the bag sticks out beyond the seat but just by a little bit so it doesn't bother me. It may actually work better this way since the seat doesn't obstruct the zipper that much. The pros outweigh the cons for me right now: I really like how securely it fits against the seat/seatpost with the clamps and straps. The bag sits well under my seat so my shorts don't brush against it. It also holds plenty without having to expand even more. Right now I store a spare tube, tire levers, mini-tool, a small snack, keys and my wallet. I can also cram my gloves in there in case we stop for food. All in all, it's a very sturdy and secure bag with a large opening that's easy to access. I don't think I'll ever have to expand it but it's nice to know I could. Spacious enough for me!

Great medium size seat pack
I've had this back strapped to my bike for three years now. I purchased the one with two straps because I wanted to avoid the plastic clip. This is a great pack and holds a lot. I like the cornucopia shape; the large opening makes it easy to use the pack. The velcro straps work well keeping the pack attached to the bike. I don't have any problems with it moving around or rubbing against my legs when I ride. The back of the pack has a strap sewn onto it so you can attach a light/reflector if you wish. In my pack I have a spare inner tube, a large multitool, an innertube patch kit and two tire levers. There is a mesh pocket on the rear flap that is great for holding small extras. I put a spare battery and a work gadget that is a bit smaller than a lighter. I also can fit my Razor phone in here too. I commute to/from work fairly regularly so I open/close it often. The zipper is very sturdy. I have yet to try it in expanded mode. This pack is well constructed and roomy. The large mesh pocket is very nice feature. I highly recommend this pack. Edit: I'm taking away one star because this is not waterproof. I rode home on slightly wet roads and noticed there was wetness inside when I took out my cell phone. I still like the pack though; it holds a lot.

Sleek, yet able to stow the necessities
Can be expanded if needed, but large enough to stow a phone and a small bike tool. Likely could also stow a tube and repair kit if expanded. Water resistant and seems of good quality. Attaches firmly and is unobtrusive.

Excellent!
Excellent item and good value for money. Secures well and large enough for iPhone XS and spare inner tube. Good quality also so should last well.
