Mid 2015 Apple iPad Mini 4 (7.9-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB) Gold (Renewed)

I've only had this mini for a few days, but am very impressed with this Amazon "renewed" product. Other than a couple of very small scratches or nicks on the bottom near the charging port, it looks and feels new. Once charged, it fired up just fine. My only concern is how well the battery holds out, but won't know that for a while.My main reason for this purchase is to replace a Samsung tablet that I use primarily for reading e-books. However, my hunch is that I will use for more than that.Update 9/12/2022 - Now that I have used this iPad for a couple of weeks, it is apparent that the battery in this refurbished unit is obviously not as advertised as “minimum 80 percent battery life”. I used the Apple app called “battery testing” on this iPad twice, and both times the battery was rated “poor”. It does not hold a full charge for any more than light app usage and reading e-books for a few hours. Hopefully the seller will replace the iPad with a unit as advertised.Update 9/15/2022 - Seller is willing to replace this faulty iPad. Hopefully the battery will be at 80%.Update 10/10/2022 - I've now received the third replacement for the "renewed" Mini iPad. The last two were returned because the battery would not keep a charge. Apparently there is more than one seller for this product. One seller just refunded my purchase and was not interested in sending me a better iPad. The seller that was very cooperative was Tech Exchangee. They were very responsive and rather quickly replaced the iPad with a bad battery. It appears the battery is holding up well and the iPad is in excellent condition - it looks new.My caution to all who purchase this "renewed" mini is to make sure the battery is holding the charge and working well. If not hopefully your seller is Tech Exchangee. Their customer service is excellent.

Got this as a gift for my son for his birthday. Luckily I decided to set it up before his birthday as its battery is defective. It won’t stay on unless plugged in and it battery percentage in the corner jumps around before just shutting down randomly after a couple of second of being unplugged. Hoping the replacement works properly.

Exactly as advertised. I was hesitant after reading some of the previous reviewers from a year ago who reported they ordered iPad 4s but received iPad 1s. I ordered two iPad mini 4s and what arrived were definitely iPad Mini 4s and the quality is just fine. Exactly as described. I was a little worried when they arrived with the backs covered in gold colored sticky tape. The tape peeled off easily with no problem and the cases beneath were not scratched. I have no idea why they covered the backs with this sticky tape. It wasn’t necessary. Both screens were blemish-free and both iPads have a good battery life and work exactly as advertised. No problems at all.

Horrible battery very disappointed barely holds. Physical condition is great but can’t do much before it dies!

This is a 2015 product, so don't be like me and suppose just because its an apple product it all glitter. It is usable for many common device uses. I was going to use it for podcasting but the video quality is...2015 quality. I returned it.

Received a space grey version. Works fine but I might have chosen differently had I known colour was going to be different- gift for a female🧐
